Sweetwater Hot Tubz, Live Oak TX

Had a great experience purchasing our spa, however forget about customer service if you need a replacement part. We tried no less than four times to get someone to help us order a new cover. We were told by both associates at the Hausman and 35 location someone from the warehouse would reach out. Despite sharing our frustration that no one was calling or following up from
Hausman we were assured by Hal from the 35 location he would follow up with us to ensure someone would reach out. It has been four days and still no word. I am very disappointed and will be ordering from another retailer. Hoping this review will bring visibility to the internal issues we have been experiencing.

I called because I needed info on how to clean my uncle’s hot tub. Paul was exceedingly helpful, giving me clear and friendly directions and answering all of my questions. My aunt told me this was a family business, and it shows. Thanks Paul for your help.

After shopping the competition and not being impressed, we decided to check out Sweetwater Hot Tubz. I cannot say enough good things about Al! He took excellent care of us before, during and after the sale. We have even called him with questions well after the fact and he helped us troubleshoot issues. Highly recommend! Thanks Al!

Good experience overall! The worked with us on delivery since our porch was still under construction. Older gentleman at the NE location was very helpful throughout the process and we are enjoying the spa!
