Grecia is amazing assistant. I just met her over the phone at the very end of Nov. 2022 for the first time. Grecia, immediately got me an appt with N. P. Bahia, the same day. She solved many of my problems I was having at the office that was not being professionally taken care of for over 2mos that started back in Oct. 2022. Trust me Grecia, gets things done. Nurse Bahia, is absolutely an amazing woman with impeccable bedside manners and a very knowledgeable Nurse. I will definitely be keeping nurse Bahia, as my provider of care and will recommend her as well. I have always been along time patient at the office and yes, all the ladies are great just had a little hiccups.

I would like to compliment Bahia Elkamand, Dr. Desai's Nurse Practitioner, on her ability to explain to her patients the health care issues they have and exactly what they can expect from the treatments offered. Having spent 35 years around health care professionals, I truly believe I have never heard anyone do a better job. Hence, the 5 star rating.

The front office never answers the phone, you are automatically sent to a recording. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and no one picked up to answer the hold. If you leave a message they don’t call back. Someone needs to train the ladies up front on assisting and answering the phones. Also the nurse’s voicemail box is always full and you cannot leave a message. I have been to the office on numerous visits (at different times of the day) and can attest that the front desk is not overwhelmed with clients and unable to answer phone calls. Terrible customer service!

I have been seeing Dr. Desai and Bahia Elkaman for the last five years. I can honestly say they are very thorough and helpful.
They found two nodules on the scan, one of which was cancer. Everyone is petrified when they hear the word cancer including myself. Because of their thoroughness and watching this, the Cancer was a stage one and I’m being treated with 10 stereotactic radiation treatments.
At first I did not want to know if it was cancer because chemotherapy terrifies me. Bahia told me not all cancer required chemo. We had some good long conversations and I ended up listening to her. She literally has saved my life because had I not agreed to have a lung biopsy, which at first I said no, this Nodule would have grown and grown and grown.
I cannot thank her enough and I highly recommend both her and Dr. Desai because they are very caring and thorough.

Worst place to go if you’re sick by covid even though they know. There is no good treatment, no feedback from the doctor. Especially Manpreet Mangat, MD.
She did not give us any details how the patient was doing and what she should do after recovering from covid. Patient feels that she’s the worst doctor!
