Sycamore Gardens Apartments, Pasadena TX

We have had no hot water or pressure for three weeks. I have reported it multiple times. Tanya the new manager initially told me we had no maintenance and they wouldn’t come from other properties so we had to deal with it. I got a text message a few days later saying that it. Was fixed when nothing had been done. I called on a Monday and was told it was the boiler and that they were getting quotes. Friday I called back after still nothing and was told it was “the pipe is too small”. Pipes don’t shrink. We had no problem when we moved in. She said they were getting the parts Friday and that she was “typing the notice as we speak” to have it done today. But low and behold. Nothing has been done. Maintence didn’t even know about it when I asked him about it today. I have called the health department and the mayors office. I’m about to call the news.
