Nicola is so awesome at what she does! She was so sweet and very professional. She was very attentive and took her time working on my brows. She is a true artist! Getting ombre brows has been life-changing for me! I had very thin and sparse eyebrows, thanks to the 90's, and would have to fill in my brows everyday and would not allow anyone outside of my immediate family see me without brows. Now with my brows done, I feel so much more confident and I'm able to just get up and go! It has cut my morning routine down significantly! I would highly recommend getting ombre brows to anyone who had toyed with the idea of getting them done, and I definitely recommend going to Symmetry! I've done my research on different permanent makeup artists in the area, and Nicola and her team cannot be beat!

I have been going to Nicola for years and she never lets me down. Perfect brows every single time. She did my ombré brows and I love them! I don’t have to wear makeup and they make a great guide for when I tweeze. I highly highly recommend this talented brow artist. What she does is truly art.

I came in for the new client brow shaping and ended up also adding on the tinting.

The brow shaping was just okay; I have definitely gotten better work done for half the price. For $55, I was expecting this to be the best shaping I have ever had done, but spending more money does not mean better work.

I have sparse brows, and was convinced to get the brow tinting. That is where I was very dissatisfied. I understand that it gets on your skin, but afterwards, I felt like I looked like a clown. I was told by technician that the skin staining would go away when I wash my face. Unfortunately, in order to get it off the face, the amount of washing I had to do resulted in basically having no tint left. So I also spent $15 to have my brows tinted for about 10 minutes.

Finally, I didn't receive the educational portion that was advertised for how to apply brow make up moving forward.

I thought the work they had on their Instagram looked nice, so maybe this just isn't the place for someone with sparse/light eyebrows.

Kenzie is AMAZING! She did such a fantastic job on my unruly brows. It was my first time trying brow laminating and I was impressed with how awesome they looked. I will definitely be going back.

I've been coming to Nicola for years now. She is the absolute best at microblading. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do this. You get what you pay for gals!

Absolutely loved my initial session with, Nicola! She listened to my brow goals and gave me exactly what I was looking for plus tips on upkeep. I had my Ombre Powder brows done in Jan.and I was really nervous. Nicola is so relaxed and confident. She was great about answering all of my questions and having clients read tons of info before their appt.so that there are no surprises. She used a numbing gel and I never felt any pain. I was very comfortable and LOVED LOVED LOVED my brows when we finished. I most appreciate the instructions and advice she sends people home with. If I hadn't had that, I think I would've called back when the brows went through that lightening phase of the healing process. Thankfully it was all normal and now being 6 months past my initial appt, I am so happy with them! I get compliments all the time and I can't recommend her enough. Thanks again, Nicola!

I just got combo brows done by Nicola today and I cannot wait to see the end result! She was amazing! She is clearly an artist and a perfectionist and knows exactly what she is doing when it comes to brow shape and permanent makeup application. For those of you scared about pain-it didn't hurt at all!

I wish I had taken my own before and after photos, but she took some, so hopefully I can ask her about them during my touch-up. I absolutely recommend going to her for permanent make up for brows & eyelash enhancement-which I am now interested in ;) After my brows heal, I definitely plan on seeing her for brow shaping in the future.

Nicola is a true artist and professional. First, she has this very kind and relaxed demeanor. She makes you feel at ease which says a lot because I was really nervous to get this done!
Second, she does excellent work. I love my new brows.
Third, she cares about your happiness and the end result and reminds you of the after-care protocols along with being available to answer questions.
If you are having any reservations about having your brows done - DON’T. Just do it. You won’t regret it.

I had lost most of my very heavy brows for whatever reason. Nicola restored them so I look more like myself. The shape is beautiful. Only the second day since the procedure but I am extremely pleased so far.

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Kenzie and she did a phenomenal job! I wanted them to look subtly filled in and she was able to work with my natural brow shape and color to create exactly what I wanted! She and Nicola are SO sweet and make sure the process is comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend all of their services, the only issue is that they are booked so quickly so you have to plan in advance.

Nicola is hands down the best I have ever been to! From brows to the most amazing facial you could ever have. I highly recommend the 90 minute ultra facial! As she has grown her business, I have had a service with Laney who is amazing as well who did the DMK enzyme therapy. Check them out, you will not be disappointed!

Nicola has done my eyebrows for years. So when she told me she was moving to a larger space with a team and new product offerings I was EXCITED. Symmetry had been showcasing DMK Enzyme Facials on both Instagram and Facebook. I was intrigued and signed up the minute they open slots to the public. My 1st session was on November 13th with Laney. The facial was all I could of dreamed of and more! Laney walked me through every step explaining what was/should happen. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep and started snoring:). After my session was complete Laney shared what products she used on me and which ones would be beneficial to take home. I was weary of this part, but she put no pressure on me. I ended up buying them ALL. The minute I was done my results were amazing and noticeable. I got compliments from every one including my husband, who never notices. I was so happy with my results I scheduled another session as soon as I could for 11/20. My 2nd session with Kenzie was just as great as the 1st with Lanie. Again I was educated on all the steps while being asked what I saw/liked from my 1st session. I love the DMK Enzyme facials so much I have additional ones scheduled for 12/4 and 12/11.

The ladies at Symmetry didn't just give me great facials they also provided a safe clean environment. All communication laid out their COVID protocol in a clear and easy manner. I knew exactly what to expect when arriving as well as during my sessions to ensure I was safe.
