We love synaptic therapies. We have been going over a year and my sons speech and fine motor skills have drastically improved.

Alice is a wonderful administrator. She is thorough in her communication and on top of scheduling. She also always had a smile on her face when we walked into the office, which was a warm welcome.

A great place to learn and grow. Our OT is very dedicated to what she does and is super patient with kids that have trouble transitioning.

Highly recommend. It’s worth the waitlist.
Getting started with scheduling was the toughest part, but after that has been completely smooth sailing. Great communication with our therapist as well.

We love Miss Brittany at Synaptic Pediatric Therapies! She has helped our son communicate with us and we’re so grateful to hear everything he has to say. He always has a great time and looks forward to his appointments.

Want to give a shoutout to Mrs. Alice and Mrs. Lely for an outstanding service. My son is always happy to meet his occupational therapist, and Mrs. Alice always has a smile on her face and is always personable and welcoming. Thank you for all you do.

We have been going to this location for over a year now, and we love the entire staff! From Alice at the front desk, to our son’s amazing teacher Ms. Brittany, and all of the other therapist are so nice and professional! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to put their little one in good hands.

Synaptic Pediatric Therapies is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond for my child. Whether it’s making sure they’re getting the insurance approvals, helping the kids meet their goals, or just helping the parents understand how to help their children better, they’re always doing more than I could ever ask for. Watching my son go from not being able to speak to speaking full sentences and learning to regulate his emotions, I couldn’t be more proud of the progress he has made and continues to make. Thank you to Ms. Brittany & Ms. Nhu because my son has improved so much and we can’t begin to thank you enough!

We cannot say enough good things about Synaptic Pediatric Therapies of Wylie. We are in year 9 of our journey and throughout our time we have met our fair share of therapists and admin staff. We have experienced the good, bad, and the ugly. Here at SPT, it’s been absolutely the best experience thus far. Here our son is treated as a person, competence is presumed, he is challenged beyond his comfort zone, he is treated like family. You don’t find a lot of places these days that provide the level of service and smiles as SPT to all its clients. They checked on him when he has been sick or after his many procedures he has had done. Our son BB loves to talk and call everybody. He calls Alice, a lot. She welcomes the friendly chats and even called when she had not heard from him in a few days to make sure he was still on the road to recovery. The progress we have seen in the very short time BB had been here with Ms. Nhu is unbelievable. She meets BB where he is and takes his strengths and likes to help him feel and be successful. He absolutely cannot get enough time there, he loves it so much. Here at SPT they take care of the whole family. I have been in sales and service for over 25 years, so my standards/expectations are set high, and even higher because the care is for our ray of sunshine BB. They have locations all over the metroplex, flexible schedules, and therapist that work as a team helping your child to succeed. They also handle all the business behind the scene with care and speed so your child isn’t just left waiting.

The staff are friendly, communication is easy through texting and my kiddo loves going to his therapy sessions.

We love coming to Synaptic Pediatric Therapy! They are always flexible with us with regards to timing, my son loves Ms Amanda and I love that the location is so convenient for us.

We love this place very clean but, i have been with this company since they opened their door in Wylie and before that in Richardson. What I noticed is in some reason their Therapists don’t stay for long time ever time they don’t have a therapist my kids wait in waiting list. I am frustrated. I hate to review like this but no one cares. I feel like they delaying my kids care. We also did recently evaluation and lost our money for sure.if I go somewhere I will pay for evaluation again. I don’t know how long we will wait. I feel like the managements need to focus on quality not quantities also they need to organize better. My kids will be sad going somewhere but we don’t have any choice.

This place is very unprofessional. I do not recommend. My appointment was rescheduled many times, it was always last minute after I had already asked off of work. The day of my the appointment that I was actually seen, the therapist called me at 9am to bring food for my infant for our 11am appointment. I feed my child baby food that I make, so it became every stressful to gather food etc.with such short notice. Also, I was referred for a swallow study for my infant, they called and told me that they do not have the occupational therapists to perform the study, and that they would put me on a waitlist. They called a week later and scheduled the appointment (the appt that I spoke of prev.). A month and half later I find out that the appointment I went to was not a swallow study and that they made a mistake, meanwhile my child has missed out on a possible month and a half of therapy. 0/10 do not recommend this place. Stay away, it’s not worth the trouble.

Synaptic Pediatric Wylie has been amazing. With in just a few months my nephew's speech has grown tremendously. His therapist Lucas make the sessions fun and productive. We ask Lucas for ideas and ways to help him more even when we are at home, he always gives us good homework tips. Highly recommend this place for speech therapy for any child.
