SYNC at Harmony Apartments, Spring TX

So far we have really enjoyed living here. It’s quiet & everyone is so friendly. The negatives are that people don’t clean up after their dogs so you can often smell dog poop when you come down the stairs to the parking lot and so many also walk their dogs off leash. I’m a dog lover but you never know how different dogs will react with one another or with other people/kids.

I live on the 3rd floor. I is very quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful. The Maintenance manager and team are very responsive and professional. The people are great. The amenities including the pool, weight room, grills, and dog park are second to none. The location is great and near restaurants, grocery stores, and many other service type businesses. I am happy to live here and would recommend to anyone.

I love the location and area! The apartment are very nice but I wish the apartment halls were clean. But the pool is very nice! But there are no such thing as quite hours or security. Have been woken up in the middle of the night as well has many pool parties that will not stop at 10pm. Maintenance has been so great and sweet! The office is great at communicating upcoming fun events! It’s been a good experience!

So far so good. Initial process was ok. Actual move in was a complete breeze! I’ll know more once here longer. Lauren was an absolute delight! She helped in every way posible, going above and beyond!

Water pressure and changes to shower head and faucets will leave you disappointed. Please address this issue and it can’t be “just buy your own shower head” Why was it replaced? Will water pressure still be low if one does buy your own shower head? Showers are so frustrating now. This needs to be addressed. I am so unhappy. I want to move. Or get my old shower head back.

This is not even talking about the new faucets we got in the kitchen. They are so awkward looking and not functional with super low pressure. The answer/response from them - you will get used to them. Right. It’s false advertisement to offer modern fixtures and you replace it with other fixtures. Without consent. Without agreement.

The level has been lowing down real fast. With the bad excuse of going green I’m getting less than a good service for what I paid. The are changing everything without asking and our cars are not safe at the complex parking lot anymore.

I don’t live here, but I’ve thought about it. I drive past Sync at Harmony all the time. I feel like people that live there should have their assigned parking and people that are visiting, there just be visitors parking because there’s a lot of cars and nowhere to park. Also, why is the gate open all the time? Just letting people in that don’t belong there. I probably will never live here, but I’d be happy to live at the apartments across the street.

We tried to sign a lease with SYNC back in August 2020. We started the process on August 6 with plans to move in sometime in September. By September 8 we still hadn't gotten the paperwork completed because SYNC staff dragged their feet for over a month. We were able to sign a lease with another apartment complex within 24 hours. I'm not sure what they're doing here. I wouldn't recommend SYNC, I can't imagine it gets better if you do sign a lease and move in. Also, we were moving from Westchase area in order to get our daughter into a better school district. SYNC almost completely ruined our plans had we not found the other apartment complex last minute. We explained this to them in August, but that didn't make things move any faster. We dodged a bullet for sure.

Aleisha is so professional and very knowledgeable about the property! I haven’t made up my mind yet but if I lease here it’s because not only is it a very beautiful community with a great location but also because of Aleisha’s great costumer service! Thank you so much for your time!

Joni, in the office is amazing. There are a number of times when we had issues. Joni was always there to quickly and empathetically deal with the issue and get it taken care of. We enjoyed are time living here, but Joni was the real difference maker.

First I want to say that this place have an amazing staff not to mention the management is best I've ever saw in a long time. With that out of the way the apartments have a beautiful orange exterior and the inside is amazing, the rent is fair for all the service they provide as well I highly recommend these apartments.

Been great so far. In the beginning there was some issues with the trash / lights in the main hallway. The Dishwasher wasn't fixed or cleaned properly. Got the run around on that I ended up taking care of it somewhat myself the cleaning aspect. Still some issues that need to be addressed. Typically I leave a full five Stars on reviews but there's just a point and place where you have to be honest not just with others but yourself as well.

Love living here! It's like coming home to a resort everyday! The staff is so friendly, maintenance fixes things promptly, neighbors are so friendly, and the pool is just beautiful. We love having family bbq by the pool for dinner in the summer time!

Loved living here! Always nice and quiet, the gym is awesome, and the amenities are great! Had an issue with some appliances and they had a guy at our apartment in 30 minutes! Got it taken care of lickety split! Love this complex. Would gladly live there again if work takes me back to the area.

If you are looking at this review please know this, don't ever apply for the apartments at this place. I recently went in to look at their apartments and they were running managers special of 2 months on them on 12 or more months of lease. I applied for this lease term and the application was approved. I tried to call them over and over again to get the application looked at.

After they approved my application they sent me a lease copy which was for 10 months. I tried calling them and emailing them regarding the promotion as well as the reason for reducing my lease term. There is no response. They hang up on me. There is no response to emails too. I don't even want to talk to them regarding my application fee since I know it won't be refunded.
