I am a cna, med aide, be in this line of business for 25 years own my own business and had two types of cancer that i just was cleared of cancer after two years chemo. So i applied for a part time job had to call them about this position the company i felt didn't tell me why but had the woman in the front tell me they will not hire me i feel it was about race period i been it 25 years working full time for someone plus i do my own client. I have great reference yet they couldn't even speak with me not professional at in 2021 you respect us women that still are in this business. I will be putting this on my podcast.

As my parents needed more help, we began receiving services from Synergy Home Care. They provided help with chores, groceries and there was always kindness and respect. As their health declined and they were both on Hospice, they adjusted hours as needed. They made sure not to schedule hours when we just wanted time with family and friends. That was so thoughtful, but they had become part of our extended family. Our parents were able to stay in their home due to the increased hours of Synergy. They were there to support us when we lost our dad and then when we lost our Mom. I do not know what we would have done without them. Synergy Home Care will provide excellent care.

We required two caregivers for our hospice patient and Synergy was unable to provide both. Not only were they amenable to our hiring from another agency, the aides they sent were professional and cooperative with each other while they were working with our family. I would highly recommend working with Synergy HomeCare of Lubbock!

I worked for Synergy for 6 months while attending Texas Tech University and am absolutely thankful for everything I’ve learned from the amazing office staff. I do not know where to start about Synergy. All I need to say is these taught me TRULY what the word COMPASSION means. What an amazing family, that I will love forever. Each individual that crossed my path from Synergy helped me get through the most difficult time in my life. They took care of my mother like she was their own. Wonderful place to work for. Amy Peck the office administrator is a wonderful and caring person her office door is always opened to her caregivers and clients if they ever need to talk about anything. I would most definitely recommend synergy to anyone need work I can guarantee won't regret working for Ms. Amy Peck she's a great person.

We had the best most efficient service. The office staff was very helpful and prompt as we had a time sensitive case. I refer everyone to this great company.
