T-Mobile, Frisco TX

Friendly staff, but terrible stock and work off some bizarre safe system that won’t let you know if they have what you’re looking for in 10-20 minute increments. Waited for over 30 minutes just to learn they didn’t have the phone we were looking for. Strange a cell phone store wouldn’t have an online inventory database. Total waste of time.

I travel past other T mobiles just to go to this store. They are always helpful and resolve or prevent any issues. They greet me warmly and happily and I feel like Norm on Cheers even with a mask on.

ROSA IS INCREDIBLE! I received the best customer service I have EVER received in all my time dealing with cell phone companies. My husband and I were extremely unhappy with our service with Verizon, we were paying over $250 dollars a month and we went into the version store across from this T-Mobile to try and figure out how to lower our bill and the version customer service representative was just so rude and disrespectful! I decided to go into this location of T-Mobile to discuss changing my service over and Rosa took care of my husband and I. The level of care and kindness we received from Rosa was so unbelievable and amazing, she went over absolutely every detail with us and we were able to drop to a $90 dollar bill every month and our cell phone service is SO MUCH better! There were a number of steps that needed to be completed for the service switch and Rosa walked us through EVERY single one. As someone who has worked in customer service and leadership for over 20 years, I know a true asset when I see one. Rose should be running things and I truly hope someone recognize’s that in her!

Got a new phone and switched over yesterday. Phillip helped me and made everything super easy and painless. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They weren't crazy busy at the time, but they were short staffed that morning and still remained personable and took care of everyone that came in a timely manner. And since COVID is a thing I'll also note that they were very clean, and disinfected multiple times during the time I was there, and had hand sanitizers available at every station, that the employees also used frequently.

Jennifer and Endy at store #5337 (On Eldorado, Frisco, Texas where AWESOME. They worked on my issue for well over an hour. They found the problem and solved it! Great team effort! I walked out of the store extremely happy.

I want to acknowledge the courteousness and professionalism of the associates at this store. They made our switch from Apple to Android, seamless. While we were being helped, a rude women came into the store and, without prompting, began verbally disrespecting the associates. I want to commend how calm, respectful, and professional the associates handled the situation.

There was a mix up and Jennifer fixed it. When you walk in they are all so nice and friendly especially Talin who helped me transfer everything.

The staff here has been stellar every time I have stepped through the doors. Excellent service.

I got my phone from the T Mobile in Lewisville. It was not set up properly and I was really upset that I couldn’t even make a text message go through. My husband and I were in Frisco and stopped at this T Mobile and met Jennifer. Jennifer is a God sent angel who worked diligently until she found exactly what the problem was with my phone. She was kind, funny, and more importantly she didn’t give up even though the fix was not an easy one. Look for Jennifer when you visit this store. She is amazing! Thank you Jennifer!

I wanted to compliment the Manager Mike and Sales Representatives Rosa and Kalin for their help in providing me exemplary service on a rather complicated operation I needed assistance with recently. Bravo for your patience, diligence and persistence in solving my cellular issues.

I have had nothing but great and positive experiences at this store. I switched to T Mobile from Sprint and have never experienced a transition so seamless. Maddi has worked with me and has consistently been available to me for every question and to resolve any concern. She is surely an iPhone and Android guru and I can’t thank her enough for her stellar customer service. The new store manager, Mike was also pleasant and professional to work with regarding my billing questions. Everyone at the store is awesome but I surely give utmost kudos to Maddi and am thankful for all of Mike’s help as well! Great job!

We decided to switch over all 4 of our phones to T-Mobile and visited this store. The store manager Mike Stuckey introduced us to Kalin and he made the switch over process so easy and provided the best customer service I've ever experienced with a cell service provider. I can't say enough great things about the store staff and T-Mobile's plan offers. We are so happy to have switched to T-Mobile and I highly recommend that you stop by this store if you're thinking of becoming a T-Mobile customer. Thanks again Kalin and Mike!

I visited T-Mobile around 1: 45ish on Friday 04/26 and I feel so bad I don't remember her name, but the lady who helped me was exceptional! She was so kind, professional and gave me the the best service I've ever had at a T-Mobile location. Trying to get a new phone can be stressful, but she made the process easy and stress free! Been Tmobile customers for 15 yrs. We've shopped at different locations, due to residence & job location changes.

We've been fortunate to have employee Maddi West, assist us at multiple locations.

Simply stated, Maddi delivers customer service, above & beyond, EVERY TIME. We've purchased multiple services & equipment from her over the years.

I've personally, been serving the public for 40 years, in the retail environment; I've developed quite the trained eye, for what GENUINE, customer care, really is.

I highly recommend visiting Maddi, at the Frisco Tmobile (DNT/Eldorado) location.

Kudos to Ms West for being so passionate (even though she does it, while making it appear SO effortless), in delivering, true customer service.
