Great experience! They help you with whatever you need and with whatever questions you have. Whenever I’m experiencing any mobile issues, they never make me feel like I’m wasting their time and it’s usually solved whenever I walk in the door!

Shout out to Adam and his staff for making this transition so much easier than I thought it would’ve been.

Very rude and condescending staff. Just needed help resolving an issue with my new phone but I was made to feel I was incompetent using technology.
I was not the only one on the receiving end of this, another customer was given the same treatment but she left almost in tears.
I am shocked this is the level of service being provided, left and drove to Grapevine where the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and not an annoyance.
I mean, our phone purchases and wireless accounts pay their wages why treat customers like you're still bitter that your ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend broke up with you on your bday and screwed your best friend in your gaming chair while live streaming it on FB for all of your family and 1 friend to see?

Great experience! My boyfriend switched over from AT&T after cracking his screen and I decided to upgrade. Chris made it a breeze and set us up with screen protectors and great phone cases to make sure our phones were better protected. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Got to watch these employees, they tell you stuff is free and is part of the package and it's not. They sell you stuff just so they can get extra comission for the promotions is running that month.

Mathew helped us at this location and he was absolutely amazing! We had been having difficulties at a different sprint store and almost debated leaving sprint over a different sprints manager who was very rude and refused to return a phone within 14 days based on stubbornness. Mathew returned our phone immediately without any questions just like sprints policy states. I really enjoyed our experience at the sprint by Texas motor speedway, very kind and very helpful! Ended up upgrading to an XR as well! Thank you Matt Bryan!

Walked in ready to argue with someone because of some big issues I had with my bill (I bought some phones from another store and they messed up). Luckily I got the manager Matt right away. To my surprise he actually listened to my problem and got to the bottom of it. Not only did he fix my current bill, but made the correct changes so my bill would be accurate going forward. I 100% recommend you go to this location. While the manager worked out my issues, I chatted with the staff and they were all very, very friendly, even offered me a drink while I was waiting. They were actually happy and willing to help when other locations were not as willing. I didn't even buy anything! This will be my Sprint store going forward! A+ service!

You will not get a better experience like you will get from this TEAM! I’ve been with Sprint over 14 years and Amber, Ivory, Matt and Ammo made the experience of getting my new IPHONE, IPAD and Bluetooth great! My account wasn’t easy but they never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. You won’t regret going there!

Came in to find a new iPhone. I was promptly greeted by the store manager Matt Bryan. Instead of just saying “here are the iPhones we have” he asked me some basic questions (what I like in a phone, how I use it, etc.). He discussed the differences between the iPhone X and the 8 and the features/benefits of each. This helped me make an informed decision vs just getting the “latest and greatest. ” The store also has a wide variety of accessories. Never once did I feel like I was “being sold” to. Matt and his staff have started this location off right and have already created a family friendly atmosphere. I will definitely come here for all my wireless needs from now on.
