Great service and very very friendly! Thanks to the young lady who helped reset my daughters phone!

The employees were very rude and unwilling to help. I had to call the police just to get them to complete my transaction.

Came to this location had questions about my bill they were no help! All they wanted to do is sell a tablet after i kept denying BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was changing phones and when I asked if I could use their WIFI to send some things to the new phone they said they had no “WIFI”.
It’s not like I was going to be there forever.
I’ve been to the T-MOBILE on west rd & 45 and they have a better customer service. They actually helped me and connect me to their WIFI.

I wish I could give a 0 star!
The staff in this store is completely rude and inconsiderate to T-Mobile customers ESPECIALLY employee SAM! I will never in life go to this specific location again. Nor will I allow my family and friends to go here. I am a 10+ plus customer with T-Mobile and after visiting this store I almost reconsidered. Please replace the entire staff

Very helpful went in with a problem that I had with my phone. Evelyn help me and in less than 15 min the problem was solved. Thank u Evelyn!

I just left this location with my husband; we were just looking for options for an upgrade on my iPhone ; Karla & some other guy help us really nice but this guy on the picture ha he ask me if no one of us had a Social security we say no (my husband does have one) but to see his face was racist pure. He made faces about that
He kept insisting on things that required SS

They are racist and don't want to help customers with what they need, I just went in to exchange a charger that had the 14 day return policy and the manager (John Cadillac) didn't want to even try to help me he just told me he couldn't and when i got the tmobile customer service on the phone they were explaining to him that i still had the ability to make the change and the manager just said he didn't want to speak with them and he told security to take me out of his store and the customers service heard everything and are filing a complaint to help me, don't get me wrong i love tmobile but i will never go to this store again! They have bad customer service

If I could give no stars I would worst location I have ever been to terrible customer services never coming back again you are all better off at the Tmobile if front of escapade 2001 that’s a real good store love the customer service they know what they are doing

T-Mobile are always mean and hateful very negative never friendly I hate going over there only go there cuz I have a contract I hate going there I gave it 4 thumbs down and I hate that place

They had me wait in lin.e then when i got there they told me they didnt have sim cards. I told them when I gotthere thats what i was there for. The lady should have told me. Terrible

I have been to this place twice and the people are rude and they will ignore you and help the people that they want to help something needs to change at that store

The guy who attended me yesterday was rude. Just because I had asked him a question he was all saying call the customer care. Instead fixing the the situation that they messed up on for the phone lines.

I have no complaints besides the fact that they're so high. They'll leave a person broke. But the staff is so friendly. They greet you as soon as you walk through the door and be ready to assist. FANTASTIC customer service!

I only come here because it Literally is the next street over from where I live. Everytime I come here there is only like two represenatives and they are very slow. I pay 250 dollars plus monthly and every time I come here to pay my bill I always have to wait about an hour. It's very frustrating and I'm thinking about switching over. Never had a pleasant experience here as many years I've been coming.
