The customer service was so efficient and precise. Their cleaning standards were constant every time anyone touched anything. Regan is my representative and he broke everything down during, what to do after, and all contact information for easy access. Danny Montes, the manager of this location, was very active making sure every guest was touched and all needs were met for every person that walked in. I also have to give credit to Scott and Mario.they both jumped in to help and were excited to. Their teamwork at this location was not only impressive but also something every establishment should emulate. I highly recommend not only to switch to T-Mobile (the services and price is great) but to go see this wonderful team. Thank you Team Lemmon Avenue! I will be sending more business your way.

Love this T-Mobile store, I was able to add my mom on my plan, get an upgrade, and an Apple Watch. Couldn’t make up my mind, Kristin and Danny was very helpful and patient with me. They showed me options and what I could get, and came out with everything i wanted and needed. Did I mentioned they made sure u had on a mask before u came in, and wiped every chair and stationed after using. Awesome job guys, keep up the good work!

I went to this particular location twice in one week to figure out a new phone situation and I was very indecisive about what I want it. Both times that I was there, I received great service. The team greeted me as I walked in, they were extremely helpful, and patient with me. I was informed on a lot of things I didn’t know before, about my account. Karen helped me finalize my decision and sold me my new iPhone, screen protector, and case that I absolutely love. I work in customer service and she was a great example of it. Overall it what as great experience and I’ll definitely be back there for anything else involving my account with T-Mobile. Thanks again

My recent and current visit at the T-Mobile store l Lemon Avenue with the store person Kristen -was very helpful she explained all details and get me through all the props she’s very polite-full and very courtesy she have a great personality and I recommend for her to get a 5 1/2 store something probably have never been Spoken of you deserve it

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! This was the friendliest cellular store I've ever been too! Kristen & Reagan were so friendly and helpful and made the process seem super easy. I loved my experience at T-Mobile. I wish more stores had the welcoming energy I felt when I was there.

This place is awesome! The manager went out of her way to make sure I would get some Air Pods for Christmas! She is amazing! The sales guy has a great personality and i felt so welcomed! Great customer service

I went into the store today to upgrade my phone. Regan assisted me, showed me some options, 3 phones that would fit my needs and budget. I picked out the one that I wanted. He offered me options of cases to protect my phone, I picked the one I liked.

When he was done, he made sure that my information was transferred just as I hoped.

I will always go to see Regan! His professionalism was BEYOND! He gave me options, and let me choose.

I highly recommend if you need to upgrade or need new service, you call that store and go see him. Thank you T Mobile. Happy customer here.

I am so happy that I chose this mobile service company and more specifically, this location. I interacted with Regan and he was SUPER knowledgable, honest and friendly.he listened to my family's needs and suggested the best overall plan for us.if you are a senior (55+), I found it to be a real savings to my finances. I mentioned I wanted to keep my phone to save money, however, I got a NEW FREE phone with more memory.at first they mentioned they were out of stock, however, their amazing store manager, Yanet, offered to locate the phone at another store and had it brought/delivered to her store.the service and kindness I received there confirmed my decision and made it so easy to leave Sprint.if I helped you make a decision to go there, pls ask for Regan. I am pretty confident you will not be disappointed, moreover, pretty delighted. THANK YOU so much Regan and Yanet!

See Michael Reagan for great service! Regan was absolutely fantastic. I had two speakers that I had bought at this store and had had problems with Bluetooth feature and updating apps. The speakers cut out a lot and made a lot of strange noises.
Reagan took the time to call the manufacturer and helped me get the speakers updated and working perfectly. He understood the problem and how to get it fixed.
I love Tmobile anyway and although I’ve always gotten good service, I’ll tell any of my friends to go talk to Michael Regan if they want to establish new phone service or need electronic items!

This is honestly the worst retail experience I've probably ever had, and I give 5 star reviews left and right. I owed $200 on my phone and went in to pay it off so I could upgrade. After paying the $200 I was told "the system won't let it go through even though it should, so I can't do it. ". Keep in mind I bought this phone from Tmobile for around $900, and they won't trade it in for a $100 credit a year later because "a glitch in their system". I decided to take my $200 that I paid and just go back to Verizon. But oh wait there's no refundsssssssss.
Stop hiring 19 year olds with zero personality and zero customer skills for sales positions Tmobile. I'll also mention for this hour the manager was in the back of the store doing god knows what while 10 customers were waiting in line.
Too bad we couldn't call John Legere and get it all fixed, maybe you'd still have a customer. Guess he was busy cutting carrots in preparation of slow cooker Sunday.
Oh yeah.and they throttle your speeds after about 10 days each month. Go to Verizon, at least you get what you pay for there.

I have had T-Mobile since it was voice stream and this store was the worst for customer service I have ever experienced. First off there was only 14 employee in the store on a week day at lunch time. I took my husbands phone in because it had charge port problems, the guy immediately told me the warranty was void and told me the only thing I could do was buy a new phone, so I ask ed about the least expensive phone. When he went to get it they did not even have it in stock, Thank goodness they did not so I told him I would go to a store closer to my home as I was on lunch and could not wait. When I went to the store in Collin Creek mall not only did they tell me that I could get a warranty replacement they were more that happy to help me. The guy at the Dallas store on Lemmon Ave.just wanted to sell me a phone he was not interested in the fact I was a very long term customer. I would not go there again if they were the last T-Mobile store on earth.
