Ziana was truly amazing! I’m no longer a customer with T-Mobile due to the customer service received from that location when I was a member. I had their service for six years, but treated as if customers didn’t matter, no respect, patience or honesty. I went in today for assistance and I’m truly amazed at the patience, courtesy, honesty and above all appreciation regardless of no longer having service with T-Mobile I received from Ziana. If you are ever in the area, and in need of professionalism, and an immediate solution “Ziana” definitely would be an associate to ask for! Hopefully you find my feedback helpful.

Just be ready to say NO over and over and over again.they try to get u in on all these promotions and are very persistent. I literally just came in here to buy a specific phone cash on the spot.no add on no accessories.wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to convince me after I said I wasn't interested.

My experience was great! Ziana, had fast work and told us everything that was needed for the process. She explained our contracts in depth and even helped give us benefits and new deals! She was very helpful and very nice. She was very patient and efficient!

Uriel is one of the worst customer services representative went in to get a new phone he kept on insisting that we add a new line to our plan we kept tell him we don’t need it and he just kept on I am assuming for his commission never the less Instead of him trying to lowering our monthly charges he wanted to add additional ones knowing that right now with this COVID pandemic people aren’t really able to afford any new charges or unnecessary lines

Never fails to have bad customer service when I come here which will not be going back been a loyal customer for 4 years and they can’t seem to appreciate loyalty in this location uriel didn’t want to exchange out my phone that got shipped there I already had understanding with customer care that I wouldn’t have no problems soon as I get there he denies it I had to call customer care myself instead of him trying to get down to the root of the problem customer care rep tells me go back tomorrow so I go the assistant manager wasn’t trying to give me time of day nor help she was to busy talking to employees so once again on phone with customer care I had to get taking care through them plus wait another 4days to get my phone after I had already waited. They act like that care when the getting new business or upgrades but when it comes down to things like that they aren’t friendly even customer care was upset.
