19Went to buy an iPhone 14 and received the worst service ever. I do not know her name, she looked Hispanic. I went there with a good attitude and she was super rude the entire process. I asked her questions about the phone and she answered them in a very rude way. I feel bad I bought this phone at this location because it made me extremely unhappy. Which is not the way it’s supposed to be. Like if you hate your job just quit and stop being rude to customers that are excited to get a new phone and ruin their experience.
The people that work here are so rude they don’t even try to do their job right. Don’t waste your time here. I’m sure they’ll treat you better somewhere else. Never coming back to this location.
Lately the experience with T-Mobile I've been receiving from T-Mobile it's been 0, don't get me wrong some of the employees are very helpful but no tech team i am having issues with my phone sim card is stuck in my phone and the T-Mobile stores i have went to has no tech team to remove sim card i can't even call out or text on my phone i have to go to an outside phone repair shop just for a tech person to remove sim card so it can be installed correctly i feel like i want to move on from t-mobile when sprint was around i had no such problems as drop calls messages taking long to deliver i am very much disappointed period.
James was so helpful and he set up my account really fast excellent customer service and professional. If I would give them 10 star, I would.
Great store and customer service!
I called the store before coming in and all my questions were answered by Colton. When I went into the store he helped me address all my needs regarding my device. This is definitely my to go to store. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I’m thankful for the services there were provided to me. Thanks again.
Excellent! I called off of Google and reached a random store on the other side of town. I talked to Joe at the Yale store who was very enthusiastic and when I told him where I was, up north, he suggested I go to the cutten store on 1960. He said they would really take care of me. And they did! Quick efficient, excellent!
They take forever to help you, bad bad bad bad bad service

This location is so unhelpful. Telling me not to go to T-MOBILE STORE WHO ARE 3rd party that they lie, etc.after leaving this store without a resolution, I’m legit calling sprint/T-Mobile now to cancel my plan, indefinitely. Port customer service and super poor phone service! Don’t recommend to anyone, save your money! Don’t buy from sprint or T-Mobile, nothing hut scams and rip off for false information they use against you without certificate numbers with card charges!
I have been attempting to switch to tmobile because they bought out sprint, i guess. This has been the worst experience. Customer service on the phone tells you different things than the in store customer service. I have 4 lines and have had issues with all of them. I am so frustrated. I have been trying to upgrade the phones but keep getting told different things. I have waiting on line and in line for more hours than I wish to think back on and still have no resolution. I am so frustrated

We went there to exchange the family's old samsungs for the new Flip (which is just one of T-Mobile's excellent deals), and it was such a great, informative experience with active, friendly staff and cool presentations of new devices!
We worked with Chester, who went out of his way to help us out wherever he could - he even stayed after hours to help us, explaining everything and making sure we got the best deals. I highly recommend him, he is super great and fun to work with, he puts in *genuine* effort towards helping customers, and seems to really enjoy his job. IF YOU'RE A MANAGER READING THIS, A PROMOTION MAYBE? PAY RAISE? HE DESERVES IT:)

Went to this location after calling T mobile’s corporate customer service and finding out I was lied to by another store and this issue could be resolved in store. As I’m under time constraints to get this issue fixed I eagerly went in to this location to have the defective phone I was sold by this company replaced. I yet again experienced issues with employees lying and was told they couldn’t help. The corporate customer service told me if I experienced this issue again to call them in store so they may speak to the staff. I did and while waiting for the customer service to call back I was informed that a location down the road had 4 in stock and they could solve my issue. I was given the address and repeated it back to make sure I had it right and was told yes. Upon driving to this address I discovered it was not a t mobile at all but a completely different company. Googling led me to another T-Mobile not too far and in a last ditch effort to get my issue resolved I went there to be informed they did not have my phone in stock. I was also weirdly told “ Don’t tell them this store sent you”. Not sure why I would be told that? This store didn’t want to assist their customers so bad that they lied and sent one to an imaginary location just so they wouldn’t have to work.
The staff was incredible to work with, they were the friendliest phone carriers that I've worked with before.
I really enjoy this TMobile location. Employees are super helpful, nice and knowledgeable.

Called to verify stock on an iPhone and was told they had it in stock. Arrived at store roughly 20 minutes later and checked in. After waiting for 35 minutes the representative is first unable to pull up my postpaid account to activate a sim though I am an authorized user. Next I explain in any case I want to purchase the phone outright. They say I can't do that. Okay, well I have a prepaid account as well we can just use that one. They pull up the account then consult amongst one another for 5 minutes until deciding the phone is now out of stock.
Seems that unless they achieve a sell for service that are useless for help. Tremendous waste of time.
