The store has the worst customer service! I would stay away from this place! They have no knowledge of the products and services they offer! Tracy Sanchez is rude and great at belittling customers! Have been a customer for 18 years and I have never encountered such a vile customer service representative. Had to call 611 to have my issue resolved. Be kind Tracy is not that hard! Don't be a despicable human being.

It was splendid. The sales representative was very helpful. She taught me how connect my cell to my speaker to play my music. Assisted me w/ the door due to my handicap. Awesome. Thanks so much

Never going to back to this location, manager has not great customer service skills. Employee wasn’t helpful either. Customer service on the phone, sounded more like they were on the store side. Please don’t reply with a copy and paste. I would advise anyone who is a customer from T-Mobile go to a different location

Had a really horrible experience with store manager Steven Salas, totally bad customer service! Tmobile is selling 5g phones thst they know are not working in Sugarland. Their 5g tower there has "degraded service" - you cant make or receive calls. They sold me a new phone knowing this was the case but saying that it should work- it didn't. When I brought it back they wanted me to charge me a restocking fee and Steven was really rude about it. Although I ultimately got help from Elmer and Christopher, and they were very nice. Still had to pay restocking fee but when I called Tmobile Customer Care they refunded it. TM also refunded a couple of months of service but my phone has not worked properly for over 9 months! It is unfortunate but after 23 yrs I will have to change carriers. DO NOT BUY TMOBILE 5G PHONES IF YOU WORK OR LIVE IN SUGARLAND!

Very rude customer service representative had a attitude when attending us named Sara and jose. The representative named jose almost threatened us about a word that means girl in our country. He then was stating that from where he was from things happen to people who use that. Jose then went to the back to get a guy to kick us still being rude rude to us. Overall never to go to this store very rude customer service those workers should be fired

As of 8/2022 - From 5star to 3star rating. Wait times can be long and i get skipped over, then more waiting! Sale's and contract issues. Have all sale contracts explained before you sign. Read, print and keep all sales receipts. Managers and sales ppl need more training. Check back for further updating!

Eventhogh I were my mask, the lady that helped me, was so rude. She didn't even say hi, she just pointed the floor showing me where I had to stand. And from a corner asked personal information that I am sure anyone could listen.

Don't go to this store. Some store clerks like that guy Paul is rude. They don't really try their best to help you when an issue arises. March before this pandemic closed the store temporarily I signed up with them because of an offer to get IPhone 11s for my kids. I traded our older IPhones as part of the deal that I am supposedly get some credit. To my disappointment I found out that it was not true. I tried to retrieved my older Iphone but until now I did not get it back nor been called and informed me of the status of the issue. I called once to inquire but was told they haven"t heard from the warehouse yet. A good customer service will follow up the issue themselves but seems like the have forgotten about it. I'm leaving this company for good once I paid off the new IPhones. (been with them for 9 years before coming back). AVOID this store!

I am at the T-Mobile store on Gessner and 59 and Manager Marvin was so helpful helping a 64 year old lady helping set up a phone. God bless you all and T-Mobile.

So why not adjust the timing you have on the door and online? I drove for a while just get there at 6.15 on a Sunday and you are closed. Little things like this make a difference in someones day!

Employees there are great! I know it’s been crazy during the pandemic but Marvin did a great job at helping us! Got all I needed and wanted in a short time. Would recommend!
