14 Danny is extremely knowledgeable and detailed and professional. He answers all of your questions correctly. Danny was very patient with my elderly mom who has dementia and needed a new phone. Danny is a great asset to TMobile. He deserves more than 5 stars.

Stopped by on a trip from CA. Switched to the dark side and finally gave in to switch to Apple from Samsung. Celena was amazing and handled everything from connection to all my downloads.
Went in today because I thought I had a problem with my SIM card but Julie helped me understand that it wasn't my SIM card and In fact that I needed to Cache all my Web history, And helped me factory reset my phone. And that's after I had been in contact with T-Mobile for the last 3 weeks Trying to find a solution, I Felt I was more taken care of personally by her then I have 3 weeks over the phone with T-Mobile "experts". She also told me about the home Internet and I got it! She also helped me set up everything before I left the store. The way she explained it to me went so smooth an left me understanding everything I loved it!
I definitely will be returning to this T-Mobile only because of Julie.

Worst TMobile store I ever been to.asked the employee to show my husband the phone she was telling me about.lifts head up from texting and points and says it's over there.needless to say we walked out. Northstar mall.by food court. Dwayne and genivoni.are absolutely incredible.nice.helpful.a bit out my way.but worth it by far
Don't know what happen to this store from 1 month to another customer service when from a 10 to ZERO it's best to go when they're close you probably get better service it's just a matter of time before I go to another provider problem solved and probably for less money
Completely rude staff. Got laughed at by a second employee.
The person with long hair who wouldn't help me was very rude.
Wouldn't give me the help I needed, as she said she couldn't speak with the contact over the phone about the phone plan, that the contact needed to be there in person. (However the contact who I am in the plan with IS NOT located in the same town, so being there in person isn't an option for us.)
Now I know these reviews are more for our piece of mind as it seems it is a staple and badge of honor for EMPLOYEES to be as rude and condescending as possible to CUSTOMERS and not get any demerits. But the reason I placed this long useless paragraph was to say everything she said she COULDN'T, or WOULDN'T do. I got done at another location by an EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE who was very patient and understanding.
So it may be a training problem and not a single employee but the bad apple does spoil the bunch and I have a very negative idea of this store that I'll never return to.
So I would suggest if you have the gas and can take the time DON'T USE THIS STORE LOCATION it's not worth the trip.
T Mobile is my cellphone carrier for all of my internet needs. T Mobile is the best carrier for me plus their phone service is very awesome and their employees are very professional and courteous too. My cell phone bill and my internet bill is economical and awesome.
My phone is messing up I just got it new sound goes off an on when I have a movie going don't know what to do how to fix it.
They helped me get my watch working right. I am happy that everything is working correctly. Great service.
Call for a phone made sure a phone was in stock was only 10min away great communication on the phone was told to ask for sales person Infinity when I show up got pass around to two different sales and then was informed oh we don't have that when I called twice and made sure was inform it was in hand and was holding it. Then I just got ignored no apologies for miss inform nothing. I don't recommend this kind of service for a customer that has a business account with over 8lines on the account. And also to be honest I realize while I was waiting they more accommodating the Hispanic community If there is any issues the manager would walk over and talk but with me no once he came over see if anything could be done.
This nice lady helped me out with the service got me in and out was very polite I’ll be a regular over here because this is such a great community:)
Don't understand how you can be a manager and not manage. Very rude service from a manager named Reggie. Yes I get it practicing social distance, there is a way to go about how you handle where you can stand or be.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! Horrible customer service, the 50 year old guy with the black & gray hair with the George Michael goatee just cares about sales, not customer service, & will con you into buying a phone. I left Tmobile after 9 years & am so glad I did. I also hated their local customer service setup, why do I want to talk with the same annoying people that I see everyday? No thanks!
Horrible service. I was here a week ago. Nice girl helped me she said she was new. Came back today to see about upgrading my phone. I didn't get his name but had glasses on. Just rude, condescending, know it all tone and attitude. Acting like he was doing me a favor even talking to us. Walked out, he obviously didn't wanna help and they obviously don't need my business at this location.
