I don’t know what this individuals problem was and it’s unfortunate I didn’t even get to look at his name tag. I had just left a previous location where I thought the issue with my watch line was fixed, made it all the way to cedar hill (for a different errand) when I noticed it wasn’t fixed. As I walked in an African American gentleman with glasses stood in front of me & asked what he could do to help. I responded explaining how I just left another location under the impression the issue was fixed and it wasn’t. He combatively and sarcastically asked why we went from one location to another and when I explained I didn’t notice it wasn’t working properly until getting back to cedar hill he sarcastically said “right but why come way back here” as if I was ignorant and didn’t just explain it to him. I left with zero service because I don’t think any customer, let alone individual, deserves to be spoken to in this manner. I already felt bad walking in 36 minutes before closing but T-Mobile is charging me for a watch line that I’ve gone in to get “fixed” three times. I don’t understand why their employee was so unhelpful, unhappy, and combative but this was extremely disappointing. Not to mention when I respectfully said “nevermind don’t worry about it” he laughed and said okay thanks. I’m sure his goal was to have the least people there to not work or to avoid working more but it’s truly ridiculous and I see why people leave 3 star or less reviews on this location.

Just left this establishment and your customer service representative just talked y’all out of a sale. He acted like my husband’s questions were bothering him. If we’re not supposed to ask questions why does he have a job. We’re coming in to spend money and you expect us not to have questions. Why is it always the people with attitudes in customer service positions. Time for some evaluations and retraining T-Mobile.

They know that they don't have the phone in store but waste your time acting like they are searching their backsafe looking for one. Left the store after waitng for over 20 mins with the store manager telling me that he is busy and can't be bothered to check yet. Rude manager and terrible service.

On today 3/26/2022 12: 30 ish my husband and I went into the store to see what upgrades we had first red flag was HENRY R seem as if he didn't know what he was doing so he let us know we could do the buy one get one so we said ok we will come back once we decide what's best we leave and at 2: 33pm we get a call from "a t-mobile representative" saying that someone ordered not one but two iPhone 13s were purchased online line at 1am when in fact that was a lie and he changed our password so i asked did it show where the phones were being sent and he said no and the phn hung up and we called back to see what was going on and the # didn't work DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ITS ALWAYS ALONG WAIT TIME AND FROM WHAT HAPPENED TO US ON TODAY THEY BE TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE

This store does not follow T-Mobile policy in regards to phone trade-ins for promotions, I hope corporate reaches out to them and educates them on their own policy that they're supposed to know.

Slow slow slow customer service, including the manager, in servicing customers as they enter the store. Multiple staff serving one client which consisted of socializing. Had to ask twice to get my name on the waiting list. I asked to speak to the manager to inquire how I can speak to the next staff member available. He told me I should make an appointment online. This doesn’t make since. Unprofessional etiquette in representing a nation-wide brand.

First of all it's sad when you're try to buy a phone and can't even hear the sales person tell you and explain the options about the phone that you were going to purchase 2nd you ask the sale person to ask someone to turn the music down so you can hear and concentrate I thought I was at a club around 2: 30 pm today and once the music was turned about 5 other employees started having aloud talking contest. My salesman Darius was trying to do everything he could to minimize the situation. So I turn around and address the staff of there behavior and 2 of them tried to excuse the concern like they're not doing anything wrong. To the owner like I told them I could have been someone from corporate or a secret shopper please get that store in order if your are corporate or not you're loosing money I left the phone and accessories on the counter and to the young man to cancel my order thanks for hearing hope something will be done.

The check in process is ridiculously inefficient. They are not keeping track of who came in the store first and just walk up to random ppl to check them. I waited for 18 minutes, then they walked up to two ppl who came in after to check them in.

Mike is always on point and has been a great asset to this store. I know he is always busy but still takes care of his customers as quickly and thoroughly as possible. I will keep coming back.

Bad Acting Service

I normally go to the location in Duncanville but apparently they’re closed because of Covid issues! So now I’m at this crowded place in Cedar Hill where the young male (Brandon) they’ve allowed to check people in I guess, has no real desire to work… after sitting in my vehicle initially trying to see if I could just do a same day appointment (not available due to Covid) ain’t that something. I entered the store and waited at the front door to be checked in. I was acknowledged after 2-3 minutes of standing there… after about 6 minutes I was “checked” in by the young Brandon asking me what I was there for then looking all around and me up and down asking me “ you got a problem or something, “ “cause you came here. ” But I quickly let him know I didn’t want to be there either, my device was malfunctioning therefore I’m here. Brandon then tell me to unlock my device as he returns to the table where he was laughing smile and helping a young lady apparently replacing a screen protector and across the room gives me directions as to how to troubleshoot the device myself. Things I have already tried at home. After a few minutes and a few more irate customers pilling up behind me he walks back over to me asking me was it fixed. I said no, and that I didn’t know what the problem was with the device. Young Brandon tells me neither does he, maybe it’s my wifi at home. (What the hell) this guy never looked at the device nor asked me the account number nor anything! Well about five minutes later a new rep. TJ comes and invites me to an actual table and begins to treat me like a customer and looks for answers, while we didn’t get it fixed TJ tried and was very respectful, along with replacing a screen protector for me and cleaned my tablet while he was trying to fix it (above and beyond). As I left the building I see Brandon is still at the table with the same girl and screen protector, really, really come on T-Mobile. TJ got this up to a two star review because I refuse to support any place with service that I was greeted with here. That’s sad for the employees that are good and hard workers but when you allow someone like that to represent your business and be at the front, that’s a hard PASS for me, NO THANKS on the bad acting!

Excellent customer service by Elizabeth. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Definitely knew what she was doing! Very patient with me and showed me how to use my watch! SHe deserves only the best.

I came to this store to check on my ac and to possibly purchase and new iPhone. Checked in with Marcus waited a Hispanic representative Mr. Henry came to help me but quick told me to waited because the customers before came back and was unsure about buying a item. Marcus again sign in another Lady and she took A seat there was a representative just sitting down at a table. There was a Hispanic customer come in and he was asked to get a mask. When this customer returned the representative that was sitting down quickly came and helped him while me and the young lady was still waiting. That same representative went back to the chair while again me and the other customers was still waiting. And again when he seen a Hispanic family come in he asked could he have them while again we’re still waiting. If you want fair customer service I wouldn’t

Horrible service, at the place. I made appointment to upgrade and migrate my plan from Sprint was not able to get anything done.
