4Have never waited less than 20 minutes even with only one other person in the store. They have tried to send me to the corporate location far out of the way several times saying they couldn't help me change my plan.
Employees closed early and didn’t bother to assist the line of customers at the door.
We live in a digital age, if the cellar company is going to boast internet speeds they should upkeep the advertised hours they have on that same internet.
The rep that was helping me was obviously stung out on some sort of narcotics to the point she was nodding off and slurring words at the counter.and changed things on my account after I had left the store. And caused me to get charge for things I didn't agree to. Then the manager tried to make it my fault and kept hanging up when I was tryin to explain the situation. Very unprofessional management and employees.
Ran old, was great and the young lady as well, explained everything very thoroughly, can't wait for my new phone
