3 I called this spot for any promotions. They told me about keep and switch. Was at this specific locations for two hours getting everything switched over. The lady helping me said she was able to download my bill and get me reimbursed for the phones I brought over. It was never done. They are just saying anything necessary for a sale. Don’t bother switching over. Not at this location at least.
I’ve emailed the location & even got on the phone with them through t mobile customer service representative. Nobody wants to work.
Was told by this rep I would get some reimbursement cards for transferring my services from Verizon and this was never done.
