13This store is horrible and only attempts to give decent service is your purchasing a device. My replacement under warranty was shipped here and even with a tracking number Austin got aggressive and said he didn't have time to look for it.
I return a iPad back to this store today the September 8th and the rep end up having a nasty attitude and I told him few times I don’t want the iPad and he froze for 10 mins then I told again and again I don’t want it then he end up getting a bad attitude with me and accept the return I will no longer shop at this store again.
My phone screen blacked out when I needed it the most. My husband and I went to this location for help to get into the phone. Unfortunately, we were unable to make this happen. Pedro, Saage, "T" and our glasses friend made the visit an eventful day. I watched this team of guys work together and I was most pleased. Their customer service was on point and I laughed from a happy place. Although they spent a lot of my money, the interaction was worth it!
Horrible service! Don't come here it's the worst T-Mobile ever. There are two Hispanic-looking women who speak Spanish and they would not accept any change phones from us, when both phones are in good condition. We have 5 years of credit with T-Mobile and have never had such a bad experience. There was a phone that already had a mica from the factory and he told us that they did not accept it and we asked him if we could take it off so they could see that it was in good condition and he said if they want, how are you going to answer that! So we asked him again if he took off the lens and he said if it's okay and at the last one they saw on his laptop that the lens shouldn't be removed because it's from the factory. Someone explain to me if you're working at a T-Mobile you have to have knowledge of phones. Why didn't they warn us about that from the beginning? Why didn't they tell us you can't remove the mica. They both need a lot of training. Seriously thinking of switching to another company!
Terrible service, they kept me waiting for more than 2 hours, passing people who had arrived after me and in the end they didn't answer me, they told me to talk on the phone, they could have said it from the beginning.
Literally just left this location and went in for the T-Mobile Tuesday deal and was told it was a 45 minute wait! There weren't that many customers in store to where there should have been a 45 minute wait when you have 5 minutes to redeem the deal. (Which I did not activate) but there should be a better system in place to where at least one worker is designated to help TMobile Tuesday customers. Just because we are coming in for the promotion doesn't mean we aren't PAYING CUSTOMERS! There is no reason to wait 45 minutes for the deal, I've never had to wait any ANY TMobile I have redeemed at. And the representative wasn't too friendly, probably because people were upset about the wait but definitely should implement a better system for sure! I know not to ever stop at this location for TMobile Tuesday, ever.
They're unprofessional and too slow! No one greeted me when entering. I set there for 10minutes which is too long for a customer and no one came too me. Me coming to TMOBILE is by choose. If I'm unimportant I can go where I'm valued and respected! Very dissatisfied and disgusting with the service
If I could give zero stars I would I went and I was not pleased they lied just to make a sell and took my money
Austin was not pleasant to work with when explaining the issue he was not very empathic and instead chuckled. The person who greeted us whoever was very nice and helpful.
Never have I ever been to a TMobile store and been treated like I'm no longer valued as a customer. Awful customer service at this location. My issue is their fault and literally noone can help resolve it-yet they do this everyday. Confused!
The customer service was everything! Great store to come to and all the workers do an amazing job at helping you no matter what. Would definitely recommend coming here for great customer service!
The first time came in, and there was a wait not to long maybe 5 minutes but patience, and I'll get what I'll need i thought I got Armando. He helped me decide on the phone, and a plan told me the difference between the plan prices and all able to get me out quickly. Would recommend Armondo.
