This is my new experience about T-Mobile store
I just came out from store, there was one guy who’s name is recardo, something like this
This guy is very stupid, he didn’t give me solution, when I was there, he was helping but he was busy with his personal chatting
But I was asking with patiently about my solution but he said I have to call 611 to figure out this
The problem was about my home internet
I understand everything is not possible to solved in store but he should not talk to me like that!
I am not satisfied with his behaviour
I need to cancel the home internet line from T-Mobile
The time was around 6: 00 pm

Horrible customer service! Would have given 0 stars if option was available. The man there.omg.absolutely rude, disinterested and belittling.

I'd strongly advise against using this store as their promotions/promises do not align with the outcomes.

During a late June 2023 business trip, I visited this store. I was promised a $20 reduction in my bill if I added two lines and upgraded two phones due to promotions. That was untrue and my bill increased by $60 instead.

When I contacted customer service and they conferenced in the store, I was informed by the assistant manager that I needed to visit in person for a resolution, despite living over 24 hours away.

This has cost me both money and time… Still pending a resolution.

I got good service getting a replacement smartphone when mine went swimming. They were unfortunately unable to retrieve many of my files from my old phone but not for lack of effort.

Customer service is great here. There are a few other stores closer to where I live, but I always make the drive to come to this one, plus it is in the mall.

I had a worst experience with T-Mobile store in Grapevine mils. I was using AT&T for more than 12 years and wanted to try T-Mobile. I went to this store in Grapevine and they told that I will get rebate upto $830 for payment made towards unlocking the phone. I paid my two phones $2100 with AT&T and expecting to get a rebate of $1660 with T-mobile. To my surprise, I was rejected the rebate as my phones weren't listed on the rebate list they had. The store manager specifically saw the phone and confirmed that I would get a rebate. Also, he gave a 20% discount on the phone lines and gave confirmation in T-mobile letter pad. The discount wasn't applied on the phone lines and the manager was shifted to Houston office. The new manager in the store is washing off his hands that the discount can be give only by the old manager.

In total, I have lost around $2500 with T-mobile with no money back and locked for 2 year contract. Worst worst experience with T-mobile.

The subjects RAUL AND LUIS from the T Mobile agency lousy representatives do not help or do their job well, almost racist comments. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Definitely not Sprint any longer. Staff was friendly and easily approachable and very helpful. The store is well maintained

I’ve been working for a long time in customer service and I’m always honest with guests, so obviously I expect the same. I bought a phone and they charge me for 4 extra things even when I refuse because I didn’t want them, they were just telling me that it was “for free”. Surprisingly when I saw the receipt it was all charged. I when to return 2 of the things that I didn’t want and they also charge me for extra fee, and the guy was basically trying to make me keep them. I called T mobile customer service and they told me that all that happened was actually a bad move of the seller at first because they should be honest with every single item that they charge you, and then they told me they shouldn’t be charging me an extra fee because I return just 2 accessories. So all of this was a scam! I’m seriously thinking about to return all that I bought and change my telephone company. Don’t buy here if you don’t want to be scammed

Very disappointed, I went in the store on black Friday got 3 new devices. I was told all kinds of false information. My phones were not free. My bill went up over 200$ a month. I am on the phone with customer service who is much more helpful.

Had very very bad experience with this tmobile store. Assistant manager Joel who was assisting us told us wrong information or lying to us to sell the phones. He offered good deal or promotion that was going on due to black Friday. So we bought three phone, and we thought it was too good deal so we called tmobile and double checked and they said there is no such thing. We called tmobile twice, and went back to this place to be sure if we got the right deal, but this assistant manager Joel guaranteed. With my fourth trip to this place, talk to new manager Mason, he said its mistake. So we had to return all phones, and had to fixed with REAL promotion. While we were there to get this situated, assistant manger Joel was there working, did not apologize or didn’t even care that we were there. We were so upset with this store. Before purchasing or getting help from this place make sure to search or record what their saying! New manager Mason and Stan helped us out to fix this mess. People make mistakes thats fine, things happen, but at least you can say “sorry for my mistake! ”

My family and I had the best experience at this T-Mobile location, especially with associate Joel! He is very kind and patient and you can tell that he cares about his customers! If you come to this location I 100% recommend that you ask for him.

So i went in on a sunday and the store manager luis offered me a promotion and told me i would get the phones a week after and i opened a business acct so 3 weeks have passed i still have not received no phone ive tried calling and they avoid my call i called and asked for the district managers number and they were not able to help me also he said the only thing he can do is cancel my acct after i had to do so much to transfer my numbers.yet he promised i would get netflix apple tv and paramount and up until now i have not been able to access nothing in my account and tmobile has not been able to help me.i do not recommend tmobile at all to no one no im stuck because of these people that are money hungry and work off commission worst place ever.and know luis is hidding and has not return a fone call
