7Has to be the worst service that I have ever had. This place needs to get things together. So much for charm school.
Lies - lies - lies. It was all about closing time and a sale. Don't fall for the "you can't open another account for 90 days with Tmobile if you don't finish your order with us today" - this is B. S. Went to another store and got a much better phone and deal and did it 4 days later KEEPING my same phone number. Don't go here!
The store was super busy and Brandie was alone Monday. She gave great customer service and she was multi tasking helping more than one customer at a time. Brandie is an amazing employee!
Excellent customer service! I didn't catch the young man's name but he was super sweet, patient, and helpful. My daughter, who has Autism, was extremely impatient - but it didn't seem to phase the guy.
There was a young lady helping someone next to us. She seemed to have had the same amount of savvy and customer service skills as the gentleman who helped us.
Overall, from what I can tell, this T Mobile location has chosen some quality personnel.

This was a very positive experience! I needed home internet. I thought it was going to take a long time but that was not the case. I was out in maybe 15-20 minutes with a product for internet. Plugged it in and I was online. Finally something that works! Thank you!
