Bad service.if you ask a question they don't serve you well and they do it reluctantly.apart from that they don't explain well what is being asked.

Tmobile is a great company I have been with them for 18years! I went in to store #2709, and had the most beautiful experience of service. Fermin, at store 2709 help me, I was sooo nervous because my son brought me a phone in 2012 and I hadn't had a phone since. He rest assured that it was OK, and he would help me get everything done, and that he did beautifully. He patience and conversation made me feel sooo comfortable, very professional, assured of self and amazing knowledge. I would always go back to him for service for the next 18years. Imleaving a happy as always tmobile customer.

You're never sure how well the staff are trained when you go to various stores. I was fortunate to be assisted by a very competent staff member. We quickly found the phone we needed and added it to our account very quickly.

Walked in just to get another Sim card for my son. Seem slightly out of place was greedy out loud someone else was dealing with another customer. However, when it was my turn, I really didn’t see much of a interaction that was thankful and happy it was more forced. Maybe it was just a bad day. I’m not sure but overall location is in a great place parking is super tight considering they share a parking lot with about six other businesses and there’s construction in the middle of the parking lot but other than that I would visit this location only if I’m passing through not as a favorite location.

This T-Mobile company is clearly thieves, they steal from people, they like to charge them for no reason.

Dislainys was so great a patient. I had a one off scenario situation and she helped me and was on the phone with customer service for about 3 hours just trying to get my issue resolved. I was getting pretty frustrated, not at her of course but she really kept her cool and was professional with customer service and she didn’t stop until my issue was resolved. Perfect customer service and she is knowledgeable and great at her job. I appreciate her and she really is an asset for T-Mobile.

Briana is a very good employee, the other guy named Manuel is a despot. If he wakes up in a bad mood or doesn't want to work, it is best for him to go home to rest. The individual is very cute, but here he comes to work or to look at people in the wrong way because of how she comes dressed or why they don't like them, they shouldn't have asshole employees here

The girl name might be Britiana. Please focuses one customer. If you follow two rabbit you may loose all.

Poor customer service. After 11y 10months and 16 days as a tmobile customer, I will be finding a new service provider that values me as a customer.
