6The employees at this location are inept jerks. We received both a letter and an email saying one of our phones was obsolete and they would provide a FREE replacement by going to any local T-Mobile store. Employees refused to honor the documentation we provided despite T-Mobile corporate employees substantiating the offer, and basically called us liars. Don't waste your time trying to deal with this location.
I had just added a line to my account at another T-Mobile store but went to this location on 7/10 @5: 15pm trying to track down the google pixel7 pro, they didnt have it but the young male assoc was very helpful and i was going to purchase the google pixel 6 instead, i just need to see if the $400 bill pay credit would still apply, like the pixel 7.a young lady came out of the back store room (twenties, long hair, black think rim glasses), and butted into mine tramsaction with the male assoc, and rudely replies" what makes u think u have credit", my reply matched her tone and i said"tmoblie 2 days ago". The young lady didnt like tht i gave her the same tone and tried to correct me, i explained u get what u give.she them told me to leave, in which i glady reply, "OK", I left and went to beat buy off 1604 next to main event.i got the phone i really wanted (pixel7) and my $400 bill credit was treated with respect.if u want good customer service go to best buy off 1604 for you tmobile needs.btw would have gave ZERO stars but they u cant leave a review
Customer service sucks went a few weeks back to get my phone fix. N said that they couldn't help me. Had to take it to another store. And had to call the insurance. But how can I call them. If my phone was broken. And what's the deal with taking a picture of your driver's license. No can do
Love T Mobile but the service here is appalling. Worker who wouldnt give us his name, helped people out of order and told us we couldn't ask him why. Do not waste your time here.
This store always seems short staffed and busy and it takes forever to get help. While a fan of T-Mobile not a fan of this location.
