T-Mobile, Schertz TX

Went to the Forum where they had 20 people in line in front of us. Then, Remembered this store was here in Schertz. Walked right in and got what we needed! ZERO wait time!

Very RUDE store manager. I went in for assistance to turn in a phone for trade in and the manager, JERRY, was very rude and unhelpful. Even though I have a text message from T-Mobile stating to turn it in at the store, Jerry didn't even want to bother looking at the text received and didn't even want to speak to the T-MOBILE rep that was on the phone with me.

Douglas and Jerry definitely helped out a lot they are very outstanding gentleman and very good salesman!

Place could not be more unhelpful. I don't even know where to begin. Horrible experience. Ended up paying $ I didn't need to. Bought a charger that was way too expensive. My contacts didn't sync correctly which was the one thing I stressed I needed. Oh, and the phone has no screen protector despite asking. Manager just seemed so uninterested to be there. Go to cibolo location instead. Wish I read reviews here.

This is now my go-to location for all of my cellular communication needs. First off, let me say that Nicole is awesome. As a T-Mobile rep, her customer service and product knowledge are outstanding. She is polite, professional, and has natural charisma. She listens attentively to the customer, and makes helpful suggestions regarding a solution to your problem, or which accessory is best suited for your device. Martin, the manager on duty, was professional and tech-savvy. He gave me an informative breakdown on specific chargers and the specs and design features, as well as voltage capacity, of the unit I was purchasing, in comparison to another model. I had a very pleasant shopping experience, and my faith in the belief that customer service isn't dead, has been fully restored.

The sales person was worthless. I miss having knowledgeable phone people instead of people who are only trying to sell high end stuff. Salesman actually said he didn't recommend a t-mobile phone. Couldn't fix a problem or even suggest a fix.

Awesome service! Martin was very friendly and professional. He went the extra mile to provide true customer service. Would suggest anyone new to T-Mobile visit this store.

This kid rather play game on his phone rather than help customer gave me excuses just get me out of his space

I wanted to personally thank Sarah for all the help with returning our home internet device. I went to 3 separate locations prior and told they could not help me. This individual not only helped me but then proceeded to box up the unit and place all the necessary paperwork for shipping. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing any of their products!
