Extraordinary service from the team specially Tip. Going above and beyond for their customers. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. Called in with questions about a service, tip answered and responded effectively.headed to the store and when arrive Tip make sure to help me personally, without even asking for him. He recognized his customers and made sure they are well taken care off. Great job to this team!

Store is super slow Nelly is super nice but others are slow slow and rude I’ve been here for over a hour.so be prepared to be here.they need to hire more people

BRAD IS AMAZING! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this guy, smart, patient, funny, and allll about his customers. We took probably upwards of 2-3 hours of his time trying to sort out an issue with a previous carrier. BRAD WAS SO KIND. Cannot recommend him enough! Thank you Brad! JJ was amazing. After calling T-Mobile not once but three times, stopping in the T-Mobile location and unable to be assisted. JJ what was able to fix our issue. He is a true asset to T-Mobile and we appreciated his help tremendously.

I was trying to find a screen protector for my phone that I got there seven months ago. When I told them about this they said that they have never seen this type of phone in their store and have never sold this type of screen protector (the phone was a Samsung Galaxy Z 4). This was really rude and disrespectful. The worst customer service EVER!

TERRIFIC CISTOMER SERVICE!
On June 27,2023 I was mugged and my purse & cellphone were stolen. Omar F.helped get an old cell phone I had turned on, and the stolen one blocked. It was such an ordeal! I was shaken and crying. He was very sympathetic toward me. Very kind, super nice guy! I can't Thank him enough! Omar, Thank You so much for helping relieve some of the stress from that traumatic experience! God Bless!

This location has horrible customer service! Francisco is very rude, and instead of telling me what was wrong with my he suggested I purchase another one from him, because phones just stop working after 6 months due to wear and tear. I called Tmobile customer service, who then called the store and spoke with the store manager, Jameel. Jameel was supposed to call me to rectify the situation and he still has not called.
I had been with TMOBILE for almost 19 years and in one day they loss a loyal customer!

If I could have, I would have given this particular location a - (NEGATIVE) 50! Horrible, HORRIBLE experience with them, ESPECIALLY THE”Manager” Sam. He screamed at me and called me a liar, among many other awful things. I was left SEVERAL TIMES without service - once for 1 1/2 days and another most of another day. They should CLEAR OUT ALL THE EMPLOYEES IN THAT LOCATION (or at the very least, Aisha and Sam) and put TRAINED EMPLOYEES in their place. Buyer BEWARE - DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Thankfully, I Skyped them to get a Transfer PIN &my acct # (which they never gave me) and talked to a HO employee named Ice who was able to solve my problem in FIVE MINUTES! He’s the only reason I didn’t go back to Consumer Cellular - the ONLY reason! Ice IS AWESOME! And so is his supervisor, David. Thank you two guys!

Terrible customer service! The associate acted like he was frustrated with us and did not want to help. I came in after having spent hours over the phone trying to fix an issue regarding the transfer of a line. I was tired of having to repeat myself. My sister-in-law was also there because the issue involved her account as well. He just kept explaining the same thing to us over and over instead of listening. He told us we would have to call the finance department to dispute the bill. So basically the store was no help. We called T-mobile and told them the issue AGAIN and explained we were in the store and was told to call them. She asked why and we were like that's what the associate said.ugh, the run around. The associate didn't really explain so she asked to speak with him. He had walked off. He rudely took a phone call and went to the back. The rep on the phone was waiting for him to come back and he never did. We asked one of the other associates to tell him we needed him. We he finally came out he was still on his personal phone. He went over to the other associates and talked to them, laughed and then went back to the back. He never came back. The rep on the phone asked us to ask for a manager. We did and Jamail came over to help. He at least attempted to see what the problem was and he explained what he could. This visit to the store was a complete waste of my time. The first associate was very rude and arrogant. What's the point of having a store if I still have to call just to get the proper help. The store associates should be ashamed of themselves because most of them were just standing around looking at us struggling and offered no help.

If it hadn't been for JJ's help I would have left with no phone.or at least a phone I really didn't like.changed my day and I left there happy with my purchases
