The Representatives are very nice and attentive. But when it comes to keeping the costs down TMobile will not save you money. If you already have Spectrum service for your home sign up for Spectrum Mobile. You can save almost half and they are on the Verizon network. Think as if it you are paying wholesale for cellphone service.

The location is great and the employees are fast so there's never too long of a wait time even on busy saturday mornings! The store is also always neat, clean and well organized.

I recently made a purchase at this location the sales person which name is Beatriz really did a fantastic customer experience. She did everything she possible could to follow what I needed. I truly appreciate her time and effort to put customers first and to actually engage connect and create a satisfactory experience. Her manager was right next to her to ensure everything was going welll. Thanks Beatriz for your great customer service and for your time.

I went because I changed companies for 19 years I was with them and apart from paying the corresponding monthly payment I had to pay about 248.00 more because according to them when you start they do not charge you the monthly payment in advance but I tell them that if I will not pay the corresponding monthly payment I wouldn't have service next month well for leaving that company I got 458.00 wow anyway you have to pay because the customer service doesn't help you because you don't have the password to enter your account or the store either so you don't have How to claim God so they don't want him to ever return to them, it's really scary.

I love the attention everyone has, they are very helpful, they all serve you very well and try to do everything possible to help you.

Marylou was very attentive, and I am always impressed at the customer service provided at this store on McPherson and Calton Road.

I went in to buy the new iPhone two years ago and again this year. They sold me the wrong color iPhone twice but said sorry there's nothing they could do. The workers will mishear you and accidentally try to sell you the more expensive phones or try to mislead you and make you believe the phone is cheaper than it actually. I also wasn't allowed to unbox my own phone which is disappointing considering I'm paying over $1,000 for it. I would give it 4 stars if the workers knew how to listen and didn't try to constantly screw the costumer out of their money. 2 stars because the cell service is reliable and fast.

The customer organization was excellent! Each customer was met with a quality specialist within moments of entering the clean establishment. I had the pleasure of working with Judith who I thought was the manager with her knowledgable expertise, but upon a few moments I realized everyone working there was equally knowledgeable and friendly. It was such a huge difference from my previous provider. Judith took careful initiative to get the product that fit me best and the assurance that my new service and products were reliable. I never thought I would find an internet and phone provider that made me feel like a welcomed guest, but here I am writing a review. Definitely recommended!
