I can’t even begin to describe what Mo did you me today. Only a man of God could do the things he did for me. The love and care he showed me. My heart is full and I am overjoyed. May God bless him and his family abundantly. I can’t express the love I have for T-Mobile and always making me feel safe, appreciated, and loved. This isn’t the first time this location has been a safe haven for me and I can only hope to repay Mo and the owner for seeing what I seen in him today. But God. Color did not matter, money was not an object. My character spoke for itself and so did Mo’s. Talk about a testimonial.
Go hook up with Mr. Mo. He will walk you through your best option and he will still do his best to save you even more

Bad service. They were rushing to get us out they didn't even wait to set up our phones. Then, they charged us a $50 fee for taking our old phones with us. Which we could of left with them had they not been in such a hurry to get us out. I'm sure they get paid by the hour plus commission on sales. 2 days after that, my sister went, and they rushed her out of there so she didn't get her upgrade.
I had the absolute best experience and customer service from Mo Hamatah. He was very helpful and got me what I needed. I definitely plan on coming back for anything I need from T-Mobile just to see him. I've already been referring people to go see him. He is definitely a gem.
Staff member, Gloria, really helped make my experience at this store a great one. She was very patient and went out of her way in assisting me with getting my new phone set up. Thanks!

I've visited 2 t-mobiles prior to visiting this one and I'm telling you, the services they provided to my tablet issue was outstanding. They were patient and kind and very knowledgeable to this baby boomer.
They deserve 6 stars.

I like the people who work in the store but I have a problem with the account department because they do not seem to understand how to actually give me a good price on my bill which fluctuation that should not because I am a senior citizen and I have a senior service account and it should stay steady. But unfortunately they do not do that I have a app and I check the app to see how much my Bill would be.
