T-Mobile, Bryan TX

Felicity was great at helping us change our phone carrier. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this store only on Hwy 21 in Bryan.

Opened new lines, was able to get help and get things sorted out quickly and easily. Jacob and Felicity were both very friendly and super helpful.

I’ve been loyal to T-Mobile for more than 15 years, and stores like this one make it worth it! The whole team Courtney, Chris, Cris, and Tony give spectacular service. The coverage can be spotty sometimes where I live, but I’m just glad these guys can help me.

I would give Rene 10 stars if offered. This young man walked over to me asked me what was the problem went to my settings within seconds I was out the door. This has never happened. The day before I was on hold with tmobil representative on the phone for several hours and was told that I needed a replacement phone accused of dropping my phone. Then he asked can he call me back on Thursday because he was getting off I was like really no then I’ll be back at work. I didn’t want to talk to him anymore so I then down town to tmobil well she didn’t waste much of my time she was honest she directed me to go to college tmobil but I went to north Bryan H‑E‑B shopping center has I call it. Rene deserve” excellent customer service award”, he knows how to satisfy his customers and send them on their journey happy. If he satisfied me he is a winner lol.

This is actually a follow-up review about my experience with t mobile as a 12 year customer and my previous review was not a good one concerning my experience lately with t mobile after 12 years of service and I can actually say that this particular one is a good one concerning my t mobile account and I just wanted to say thanks to the t mobile customer service team that worked really hard to correct this issue and problem that my wife and I have been having with t mobile customer service and that all of the issues that we've been having has been corrected and my wife and I once again have been t mobile customer's for over 12 years and my wife and I will continue to be customer's of t mobile for another 12 years and once again thank you t mobile for showing my wife and I how much you really appreciate our services and t mobile in my book you you guys are a 5 star rating and I will be deleting my bad review experience off of Google and once again thank you to the t mobile customer service team for the great customer service that you all provide and I will always recommend t mobile to my friends and family, so if you're out there looking for a great cellphone carrier and great customer mobile service my wife and I highly recommend t mobile because we've experienced this great customer service for over 12 years and once again thanks to the t mobile customer service team you guys are #1

I saw the high review scores so I drove past 2 other T-Mobile locations to get here. Not only was the staff extremely friendly, but patient and helpful! 100% this is the location I will use all the time now! Helped me get my new line, saved me some money, even got me a bit of hardware I wasn't expecting to leave with. All in all, 10/10, will return.

Every time I have gone it to this location the staff have been very helpful and nice. They have handled my issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have had very poor experiences at other locations - if it wasn't for the experiences at this location I would not even consider T-Mobile for services. I would highly recommend doing any T-Mobile business at this location. Excellent customer service!
