He was very polite and helpful with assisting me in purchasing a tablet for my kids. Very disappointed can’t even explain it been a customer might find elsewhere for my carrier honestly worst office I’ve even been to never had a customer service person like this If you don’t like your job don’t work here.they hire young kids no managers and definitely did not understand if I could have her name. Maybe undocumented? She was really afraid to give her name I just wanted it to let her manager know who I was speaking to wasn’t going to do a review but couldn’t get her name. Very rude & not customer service friendly.

I visited this location yesterday for assistance, representative couldn’t able to assist me for simple request and redirected me to visit T-Mobile corporate store. When I called customer care, they mentioned that corporate store will not be able to assist my use case and suggested that I have to go back to normal store. So, I came back again after 1 hour to see if these purple help me or not and fortunately another representative helped to resolve my issue. I couldn’t understand why first representative requested me to visit corporate store in first place and why she couldn’t help me.
