13Went to get the t mobile 5G internet box. Allegra was the MOST helpful person. She explained all the features. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Before we left she made sure we understood how to hook the box up at home.
Great staff! So helpful. I was in and out with a new phone faster than AT&T ever has. Will definitely return.
Not so much the store. T-Mobile sucks paid a phone off went to another network and my phone has not updated software in over a year.
I needed help at a T-Mobile store to close an account for a T-Mobile Internet Gateway. Although this location is a reseller, not a company store, the guys here were super helpful, and got me through the nightmare of T-Mobile customer service and finally got the account closed. I doubt they get commission for the service they provided me, but they did their best anyway, and I really appreciate that.
This service is terrible. 3 employees. 3 customers.only 2 being helped for 25 minutes. The manager here is rude. And the other two employees look stoned. I wish I could give zero stars
People at the store were nice but the coverage the T-Mobile says they have is not true. I’ve had more drop calls than any other company. I am paying for a service that I can only use half the time as soon as my phones are paid off me and my family are gone. I Do not recommend T-Mobile
Representative Moana in Taylor, TX.was great help, she definitely showed care and concern. My phone was stolen at work, thank goodness I had my work phone available, she was very knowledgeable and was able to issue me a Sims card temporarily so that I could use it as a regular phone. Thank u Moana for everything we greatly appreciate it. U will be seeing us soon.
I went to this store to purchase a new phone, preferably one that could play Pokemon GO nicely. A man named Jake helped me out real quick. He helped narrow down the options and was nice.
