20Great service tried to help me out of a sticky situation with the ex but alas could not. Loved T-Mobile before and still love them.
Terrible service. The employee didn’t know their specials. Told me I had to upgrade my plan to get any money for my trade-in which was wrong. Also told me I still owed on my trade-in which was wrong as I bought it on cash upfront 4 years ago. The only thing she did know was her up selling items of trackers and watches. Then, after all of this and waiting for the timer of the safe in the back, she tells me that they don’t have any 15 Pros in the whole store. Very disappointing experience
I usually don't go to this location although the closest. Before I had really bad customer service. It's been over two years, and yesterday I thought I would give it another chance. I'm glad I did. I've been a customer for 20 plus years. I received the highest level of customer service. My representative was Deion. He listened and offered me the best products. I upgraded both my cell phone and tablet. I regret not asking his young college assistant who also helped me. This reason this matters is because I'm 64. I explained that my generation will purchase and build relationships. If you address the need and establish a relationship we have great influence. Therefore, I'm sharing that these two young adults are highly professional. Yes, I've reconnected with my neighborhood location. Customer service matters. I purchase many products in Denton and Flower Mound because the service was awful. Thank you Deion, and my formerly red hair now brunette assistant. You Rock!

Bad attitude manager, didn't help even after talking to T-Mobile customer rep over the phone and asked me to go to a different location
Had a great experience getting our phones. Jaz was amazing and very active on answering the million questions me and my family had.
I was having some awful issues with my phone and went in and worked with Jaz! She was an awesome help and i will be going to her anytime i need help!
Don’t know what the 1 star reviews are about because these guys are so awesome! Chris walked right up when I walked in so I didn’t have to wait. He empathetically helped me with my issue and was very understanding, patient, and professional. In fact he went above and beyond to fix my problem and make my experience positive! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will go to this location again in the future when I need something.
Was going to get the new iphone 15 here however “reina” (ree-nuh) was so miserable about doing their job i will most definitely be driving out to a different location. They must be desperate for employees to have someone lacking customer service skills working in customer service.

People there know nothing about phones or tmobile policies. They always act like it's a inconvenience to help people
So I recommend switching over to T-Mobile, but if you do choose to do it, do not go to the store. They do not bother asking questions about what you really need, you end up with service that does not work for what your requirements are, and I have spent more time in the store than I ever did at Verizon over the last 11 years of being with them. Currently evaluating AT&T options. T-Mobile service seems decent, and everyone has been nice. Sadly, they’ve also not been helpful to solve the problems. If you do decide to switch, go online or look for a different store.
Went in today with something simple with my dad and 2 boys. Zac super helpful and sweet in and out in no time Great place and service
I was having some serious issues with my phone. Elizabeth (Liz) and Alyssa were so helpful. Liz was able to fix a problem that 3 other locations could not. Alyssa backed her up and handled a disgruntled client while I was there with grace and extreme patience. I will most definitely be back for any problems or issues in the future. They both did an amazing job!
I have never felt as welcome or as important as Chris made me feel at T-Mobile.
He is an amazing guy he was very nice very polite had all the answers to all my crazy questions he did it quick and fast and he told me. The truth and I mean what more could you ask for Chris is an amazing guy

After going into the store 5 days Imin row. Total lies & bogus. Transfer fmwas a hassle & then lied about phone replacement.
Lies & will give you a downgraded phone & will charge you for it. Check that you have the exact phone you paid for before you leave the store. They will do the switch a ro on you. Box says Samsung A14 but product is A12.
Of course, with a no return caveat.
Do NOT go here. Trust me. They will take advantage of you & then you are stuck.
