I would highly recommend this T-Shirts Etc. West Houston for printing your custom shirts. During the holiday season, I contacted them to purchase three items for my husband and his business for Christmas. I purchased one hoodie sweater and two tshirts. They were very helpful and communicated with me through phone and email. They were able to complete my order in time for Christmas. I only contacted them about a week before Christmas. The shirts look very good, very professional, excellent quality. I ended up purchasing the actual tshirts and hoodie from them too. I was going to bring the tshirts and hoodie I purchased previously and then just let them print the logos on them. However, the price was good with them providing everything. I will definitely be purchasing more items from them. My friend who picked up my order has a business too and she was so impressed either the printing that she will be ordering from them too. Great work! Good customer service! Fast results! Great location too. Thank you all so much for making my vision come through and for helping me put a smile on my husbands face. He won’t stop wearing the hoodie, need more.

I could not be more pleased with the job they did for me. Before going to T-Shirts Etc. I had requested quotes from two other print shops and I chose T-Shirts Etc. The reason for choosing T-Shirts Etc.was not price it was due to their knowledge of material and what print technique would work best. T-Shirts Etc.did a fantastic job and the order was completed in the set time frame.

I had a positive experience doing business with T-Shirt Etc. - West Houston. Hatim was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what was needed. The cost was fair, and the turnaround was decent. I had a big order, but next time I order I will give more of a heads-up. All in all, the shirts and merchandise came out great, and I am happy with both the service and the quality of the product!

I agree with other reviews about this being ultimately unprofessional. I tried speaking with them directly and through an endless chain of emails.

The designer made a mistake on my order and everything went downhill from there. Turns out they use CorelDraw 7 (version 2014) which they could not seem to open any of my files, nor could they create them for some unknown reason. I use Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw 2023, and Canva, but they could not tell me what file specifications they needed to print my products appropriately. I even offered to pay for them to digitize and I was left with the impression that they had no designer that could complete real-time, on-site requests, because they never responded to the offer.

Every step of this process was filled with something that was done incorrectly, from the original quote with wrong data and images, to the wrong files being sent to production for print, to them overall not wanting to correct the error.

They have a policy to only communicate through email, which in general can be helpful, but certainly not in this case. All of this going back and forth over email just made the miscommunication so much worse than it had to be. Every phone call I made to to speak with someone resulted in them asking me to send an email, so they would not “forget” what was discussed. Emails at times took days to be responded to. At one point I asked why we could not just transfer the correct files to them while I was at the store with my computer? This made absolutely no since, whatsoever, and could have avoided many of the critical errors made.

In the end, 47 emails from the beginning, they issued a refund for the products I pre-paid for, and said they were not the best-suited printer for my needs. I went through another local vendor and had mockups and test prints the same day.

Please save yourself the headache and find someone that wont take you through this experience. So glad I didn’t follow through on getting the final vendor approval for for this place through our organization. We host multiple interstate events and will need products in volume for each of them. We certainly dodged a bullet with this one.

Update: 47 Emails is not evidence of trying, it is evidence of a failure to communicate effectively, which is also evident by the statement/response to this review, and the continued lack of accountability for this failed process. Perhaps a better process would be to just meet in person rather than sending videos through the email.

We did not mutually agree on cancelling. All of my correspondence was to attempt to resolve the issue before considering any request for refund. Your company, or “team” made a call to not move forward.

This is further evidence that there is a lack of understanding, and continual miscommunication because of continual use of emails, even after I pointed this out multiple times.

I had a shirt made for a friend. Hatim was prompt in his responses, sent me a lovely mock-up, and ensured that I approved the design before proceeding. He completed the job in time frame he promised and stayed in communication with me about it. I highly recommend Tshirts etc West Houston! I know I’ll be using their services for any other future apparel needs.

Excellent service and quality work. We’ve had them embroider scrub jackets for our office and they took excellent care of us. We have other colleagues use their services and everyone rave about them and their work.
