6 I’m not a review guy, I don’t have the time for this, but I’m a good person and looking out for others in my boat!
This has been the Absolute worst clinic I have ever attempted to do business with. It’s been weeks of unprofessional/ rude/ unwilling to help phone calls, just trying to get them to get my records from another clinic because I moved to the area and they are the closest to my new house. That’s it.that’s all that needs to happen. They can’t get it done. Trying to give them my $ and they won’t lift a finger.
They always act like they are to busy. Your not busy your just lazy. If the owner sees this, call me I will explain. But you have BAD people working for you, Iv only ever been polite, provided all the information. And they refuse to put forth any effort.
Would be 0 stars if that was an option. I’m serious, I have this place too many chances already.
My advice, if your already using this place, good luck, if your looking for a new provider, go elsewhere.
The staff is always caring, talkative, fun and encouraging! They always make me feel like I just walked into my home. They are very knowledgeable at what they do and considerate of those they take care of!
Love this clinic! I’ve been a patient here for years, and have always been impressed with the staff and the results I’ve achieved through their health services.
Just moved to the Austin area and this by far the best T clinic I’ve been to so far!
Used to be a fairly well run place, now seems like there is poor management. Multiple orders placed in the last 6 months that never arrived and had to call and have them re-ordered. Although there was no problem with the money being drafted out of my bank account when the order was placed. Not the establishment you want to go to if you are trying to stay on a hormone supplement routine.
This place is terrible. I am so glad I switched clinics. This place literally sent the wrong medication to my house. When I called and asked the provider told me to just keep it or bring it back to them. THE WRONG MEDICINE. Then when I tried to get my prescription corrected it took them forever so I switched clinics and couldn’t be happier. This place is a money grab with very little concern about your actual health.
