Could not get a straight answer out of anyone at this office regarding turn around time or rough estimate on price. Gave me an hourly charge but could not even give me a ball park of how long it would take, which leaves the pricing possibilities endless. As a project manager for my company I deal with quoting and estimates every single day, and this is no way to make clients feel like you know what you are doing, or give them a sense of security that there won't be a major bill that they were not planning to spend on your service. Every response was very short and vague and did not seem interested in obtaining a new client. I would go elsewhere if you are needing a service they offer.
