What kind of ISP shuts their support down at 10 o clock? I can’t get ANYONE on the phone except your worthless answering service and I’m right in the middle of a critical project. I get outages, I work in IT, they happen. But an ISP that shuts down at 10 o clock is completely unacceptable.

José L was my installation tech he was super helpful and very professional we did constant speed checks to make sure everything was up to my liking! The installation was fast he took less than a hour and a half. Appointment time was from 1-7 pm he was here at 12: 50 pm that shows a lot about customer service
