Taco Bell, Cleveland TX

The last 2 times I went, something was wrong with my order. This last time, they completely missed an item altogether (I was charged for it but didnt recieve it. Since I went through the drive through I didnt have time to go through everything in the bag to make sure I got what I paid for) if things at this location improves I'll update this review. Other than that, prepare for issues with whatever you order

I haven't been in a while, but since I have, the quality of the food has gone down.and idk if their ac is broke or what but it was really warm in the lobby.lots of tables were not cleaned off, hubby said bathroom was pretty yucky as well.

Service is bad the employees walk around in taco Bell slowly. And I was in the drive thru. They need to be like other drive thru places!

5 layer burritos had no cheese. Chalupa was soggy and you have to order online to get certain menu items. And bring back the taco pizza and cheezy potato burrito!

Getting a little upset. They keep taking away my favs. Frito burrito was the last thing they dropped.

Zero stars for Taco Bell! This location can’t cook simple meals correctly. Get the old nasty veggies out before you eat anything Look twice.

If I could put no stars i would every time we order for this taco bell they miss half my order and when I set there to check it they ask me to move I well no be ordering form them again

You have a sign in your window that says breakfast 7 to 11. I guess you are not serving breakfast anymore. Please remove sign so your customers don't sit at the driveway waiting for you.

They were fast and friendly. Food was fresh and the nachos and crunchwrap were crunchy! Great job guys!

Came here in the morning, ordered on the app. Employee Alonso was fast, friendly & professional. The food was delicious & warm.

Poor services at the drive thru. Couldn't tell me what drinks they have and did not put my food in a bag. Gave me my creadit card back with a hand full of condements and napkins.

Place was fast and service was great. Weekend nights are usually packed and these guys knocked em out quick!

No one looked happy there. Hardly any english and when our son went to ask for something they ignored him until I got up there.

My oh my how I do love you taco Bell. Great place to eat. Great customer service. Fast service. Speed of service slows down at lunch time like any other fast food place ofcoarse. But still not bad.

Good restaurant that offers what I have come to expect out of Taco Bell. They pulled through for me when I was in a rush to get to Camp Cho-Yeh.
