Taco Bell, Gainesville TX

Food wasn't good I ordered party nachos that very little of anything on them mostly chips in the box.
SMH

Ordered the 12 pack of variety tacos. Ask for lots of Fire Hot Sauce and lots of mild hot sauce. When the girl handed the food over I specifically asked if the hot sauce was in there. She said yes!
I get home there is NO HOT SAUCE! The shells; Every taco shell was broke! Couldn’t hold the tacos to eat them!
Tried to call and no one answered!

It's taco bell always great fast food. This location protects customers by wearing mask, gloves, and no touch pass off in the drive thru. They put bags in a bin or tray and pass it out the window.

My son and I worked there before and he still does.
We all love their food and their pretty affordable

We had been standing waiting for a couple of minutes, there was another customer on the "order here" kiosk. However the other kiosk was not working. Then an employee came out of the restroom & she was gonna take our order & then all of a sudden the guy who had been over in the drive thru area told her that he would get our order. Then we got our food & it did not sit too well on my stomach. Will not be back to this particular taco bell. Sorry

I been here twice and both times they were off. First time i went in and ordered through the self service. They didnt even speak and even ask would i like sause. When i went to counter and ask for some they didn't even give me the kind i ask for. Today went through the drive thru ordered 2 power bowls one with extra steak other extra beans got back to my hotel room look in the bag neither one was right. Nothing extra on either so i called the store 6 times it took to reach somebody. He says bring them back and we will replace them. No apologies nothing. This will be my last trip to that Taco Bell. Thankful there are plenty other spots around.

After waiting in line for a while they had got my order wrong. Had to wait in line again to drive up to the window and get it replaced.

Horrible! I ordered a burrito Supreme a taco Supreme and 2 soft tacos. Got all the correct food. Great. The burrito was TINY and filled with mostly lettuce and maybe a tablespoon of meat. The soft tacos were a joke! I don't think they even had a teaspoon of meat and the taco Supreme was just as bad. I know Corona has got companies skimping on stuff but this was bad! I finally had a few bucks to go out to eat and wasted it on this food. $11 worth of food and I maybe got $2.50 worth. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place especially with taco casa across the street. Go there and get full for less

Terrible service. Huge lack of customer service. Only drive thru open and still given terrible service.

Cannot ever make food right. Ask for no veggies and almost every time I find a giant piece of lettuce right in the middle of my food. Ask them to remake it they say they dont care and refuse to remake it. Seriously this place is a joke i hope someone can come in and clean this place up because its not looking good taco bell. Always a line takes almost an hour to get through a line just for them to be straight up rude to you. ZERO customer service.

Our Taco Bell is great people are human so yes mistakes happen but they handle theM all respectfully and kindly!

I love this taco bell! I visit later in the evening and my food is always made just right. The staff that is there around 9p is always busy yet i always get excellent service. We enjoy trying all the limited time items

If you have a craving at midnight then this is the place to go.i give it 5 stars b/c i so so love me some toca bell

I went there to get a chalupa box and when I got the box there was no meat in the tacos or in the chalupa.all that was in them was lettuce and cheese.

Employees were riticuling and name calling me yesterday behind my back when came in and purchased a drink. Today I came in with my girlfriend ans we both recieved the same energy and judgemental dirty looks. I am getting ahold of hr. I have videos of this

The store was clean and the food was ready exceptionally fast but what really made me love this place was the cashier. I wish I had gotten her name because she helped me tremendously. I had my daughter with me (18 months) and she not only got a high chair for me but when my order came up before I even got done getting our drinks, she took it to the table for me without hesitation. She was such a sweetheart and I am so grateful that she was there that day.

I love our taco Bell.only thing wrong with taco Bell is they only put one napkin in the bag no matter how much you order.and if you don't get a bag.no napkin

I ordered a grilled stuffed STEAK burrito and the cashier Natasha repeated my order back to me correctly but when I got home my burrito was ground beef.
