Taco Bell, Abilene TX

The Taco Bell on Pine and Ambler has to be the worst one in town. They take forever and a 30 minute wait in the drive thru is the norm. The rest of the seem to be fine. Just that one is one to avoid.

Came on here to lower my score cause they added sour cream to my burritos AGAIN after i requested no sour cream. Can anyone that works there freaking read!?

I once was stuck in this drive thru line for 33 minutes! If your a local you know to go to Danville drive if you would like quick service! This place is a no go for me when it comes to quick service! And if you eat on the inside any day of the year or any month of the year bring your Jacket! Its too cold to even enjoy!

The food is ok. I go there when I want a quick bite. Never once been told anything about my service dog.

Well.what can I say but the service was much better today then my last experience. That's the only reason the got the 4th star.

I used to be a regular, but since March, the food quality is awful. Guest Service is still great, but due to food tasting awful, I doubt I will be eating at the establishments in Abilene

Food still delicious as ever but its just not the same without the traditional hot sauce in the cup!

This place is always great, no matter what time we show up. The food tastes fresh and good, which you can't always expect from a fast food place. The employees are great here as well.

Food was delicious! I absolutely love the $5 boxes. The staff was friendly and attentive and we will return!

The front cashier was very unwelcoming and rude. She stared at us oddly and once we sat down and had gotten our food I jumped up startled because there was a roach crawling on our table I asked for a refund they killed it and ignored us after

Really great service. The food was fast fresh and looked like it did in the picture. The staff were very friendly and the restraunt was spotless. Very impressive.

I thought the "Double Chalupa" was supposed to have like double the meat of the regular one, turns out, it was double the sour cream, lettuce, cheese, and tortilla. It barely had the same amount of meat as the regular chalupa when it should be double that.

Got our order wrong in the drive through then when we went in to get it fixed they did it wrong again. The drive through staff should stop flirting with the counter cashier abd do her job!

The food was great. The lady eh assisted us was awesome. Another tall lady didn't even look like she wanted to be there, let alone work.

I very much enjoyed my trip to Taco Bell. My order came out quickly. I got a Mexican Pizza combo with 2 taco Supremes. It was all pretty tasty. The sitting area was pretty clean. The staff was all friendly.

I don't eat at Taco Bell much at all. However, I decided I was going to try the Nacho Fries $5 box. If I had to rate it between a 1-5 scale, I would choose a 4. The only thing I didn't care was the beefy 5 layer burrito. There was so much extra tortilla. I almost could have made another burrito out of the extra. However, why I still score so high is simply because of the customer service. The two women were extremely nice! I drove up to the intercom and was greeted with, "Hi, how are you? ". I was kind of surprised! Most of the time customers are greeted with, "Order when you're ready". As I got up to the window to pay for my food, the women continued to be very attentive. Great customer service goes a long way!

Ive always loved taco bell so they will always have a secomd chance with me patience is a virtue but this is with almost any fast food restaurant only issues is wen there super busy yur order may be messed up but hey if yu tell emthey have always fixed the order and given me something for my trouble will always recommend taco bell

Placed my order at 3: 30 in the afternoon, took 13 minutes for them to make my order (3 small items). To their credit the manager apologized about the wait and gave me a free fountain drink.

The food was poorly prepared compared to other taco bells that I have been to in town.

-The mini quesadilla was soft and dripping out the side, I had to eat it with help from my spark.

-The burito was decent, had a few pieces of lettuce that had slipped in there.

-The nachos were also decent, the plain chips (the ones with nothing on them) were a tad softer then a chip should be.

Overall it was lower quality then I have come to expect from Taco Bell.
I would recommend driving to the Danville St. Location.
