Okay. I’m going to be very forward with this review. Staff at this location is very bad. When I try to complain it’s completely ignored and I’ve been told to my face “if you don’t like the food here then go to a different location” by the staff inside. I mean what a way to treat a customer, are they getting paid to treat customers like that? Im a vegetarian and I strictly tell them to not Put any meat substances but recently I’ve pretty much eaten a piece of every meat thanks to this location. The attitude and the lack of respect with the new staff is unacceptable. Please consider to either hire new employees or re-train them and lower the wage. Seriously disappointed.
I ordered a cheesy rice and bean burrito and online it says that it is vegetarian but when I received the the burrito had beef in it.
Food came out quick and was good. There was water all over the floor around the fountain drink area and it smelled like VOMIT, I COULD NOT ENJOY MY FOOD!
First time going here and there were no problems.
I never give 5 stars unless someone went above and beyond
You will have to be very patient or willing to program your order into the self-serve terminal. With the exception of one outstanding employee, the staff seemed annoyed to have to take an order.
The place was clean.

This used to be the best Taco Bell in the area.
Now, Rude Attitudes from the drive through staff.
During last visit they were out of beans … youre Taco Bell come on.
Next visit I arrive at 945 go inside and I’m told they closed early…
Next visit go to go inside sign on door says drive thru only.
This location is rude and inconsistent, losty business, you can do better.
Great service in and out quick. I will never be back to the Taco Bell location by Katy Mills Mall because that place always screws up my order and today only the long John silvers was available. The take out line was closed.
Horrible experience we waited so long for our food it was like 30-40min. My husband got off and told me there was one person doing multiple jobs. He said a manager was talking really ugly to an employee. First and last visit to this location
Ordered from Uber eats and when my driver got there 20min before closing time they were closed and cleaning up. I called and the guy said they closed due to a food shortage but I could write my order down and pick it up tomorrow! Like what? ! Never again!
Supposed to close at 2am. Went to the drive through at 1: 30am and they said they already closed
DO NOT go into the store during the lunch rush. Taco bell employees are timed by drive through time, not by in store customer throughput. You think you'll save time by going inside if there's a long drive through line, but they won't even look at the counter for 10 minutes until the drive through line dies down. Otherwise, great location.
This is by far the best taco bell in the Katy area. Speed, service and quality of the food has been consistently good for over a decade. Other locations in Katy are often dirty, slow, stingey on food, or they keep cycling through bad employees. There's way better food options around town, but for a Taco Bell, this location gets 5 stars -1 for how long it takes to order in stores.
Never disappointed when I order here, house wonton is great. Special fried rice is the bomb.moo goo gai pan is perfect for diabetics
Ordered through phone. Waited over half an hour while refreshing the app to see if they were done. Decided to go in and ask. I stood there for a couple of minutes. Some employees made eye contact, but never acknowledged me. Finally someone asked their coworker to ask what i need. She come with the most depressing "hello" ever like it was the end of her 12 hour shift. It was 2 pm. I take my order and look to see if my phone status was updated. It was not. It finally updated some time later.
I don't get it, there were employees there last week that looked like they cared. I'd prefer them over these guys. It was a Wednesday at 12pm.
It’s Taco Bell - a burrito is a burrito, a taco is a taco - they keep it real and have been in the fast food biz for over 35 yrs of my life lol and as long as we drive off with all the right food ordered - I definitely won’t complain about this affordable, good, leader in the fast food biz and only one in The Mexican food genre to my knowledge - that has stayed in business especially for over 35 yrs!
Diablo sauce rocks, but what's the deal with the tomatoes? 3 out of the last 4 times I ordered taco Supreme crunchy tacos, they came without tacos. I got sour creM, but no tomatoes. This last time I even reminded the order taker not to forget the tomatoes; still no tomatoes. Get this process fixed or get some tomatoes.
