30I was recently lied to at this location. I was told they no longer had the $5 box special. However, I went back a week later and they have the $5 box. I don't blame the kid behind the register because he turned and asked the manager or supervisor and they told him no. So so at your own risk.
Products are nothing like the pictures don't bother complaining about it. They will tell you nothing looks like the pictures.
Wow this place only serves tacos no Burger's guy at counter look like the chupa cabbra jaxson fartted when I ordered my food
Service is horrible! I pulled in to the drive thru and had to wait for the kid to stop laughing so he could take my order. Then they didn’t put Fries or cheese in my Nacho Fries Box (sole purpose of me going) so when I realized I called the establishment and spoke with Elliea (and it was a hassle to get her name in the first place) about not getting my fries. She told me to come back and I told her I couldn’t then she said tomorrow and I stated I wasn’t going to be able tomorrow either. I asked if I can just go at my convenience and she said yes so then I ask what should I say when I go? Do I just ask for free food or is there something I should say? And then she said No I’m only replacing your fries and cheese, right got it but again what do I say when I go at my convenience? And I just kept getting a yes response. Okay so is there someone I can ask for? Yes. Great who is it? Ask for Ellis-finally! I didn’t even get an apology.
Eaten there a couple times, the food didn't taste right. Nothing seemed fresh. Won't be going back
Tbh I wouldn't eat there, there are alot of cockroaches, they always land in the food, and the employees never wear gloves, but that's what you get with most fast food we just pretend to not notice.:/
Food wise it is was you would expect of an average Taco Bell. The restaurant would benefit from some updates. The young man that took my order was attentive and courteous. The ladies cooking in the back though we're yelling excessively and were very unfriendly. They ignored me and I did communicate in English and Spanish thinking it might be a language barrier but NO they were just rude.
Paid for steak chalupas and asked for fire sauce 20 seconds before receiving my meal. Get home, which is a 2 min drive, and found out I got 2 cold beef chalupas that were obviously made prior to me ordering them. Probably from messing up another order. No sauce. No receipt. No excuse of being busy. I was tbd only person there. Just people not caring about anything.
Poor service and cooks don't wear gloves in preparing your food. Go inside to observe for yourself, instead of drive thru.
