16I went thru the drive thru and the guy there needs to not be working with the public. He had a sorry attitude. A dishwasher job would be better for him.
They always rush u from the window. They Always Don't Have something on the menu. && They Always leave something out
The staff is incredibly lazy- a clear result of poor management. The posted store hours are NOT AT ALL honored. The staff closes at whatever time they want to and ignores guests during posted hours so they can do as they please. This is all obviously a result of an incompetent franchise owner and poor on-site management.
If I could give this taco bell less than one star I would. Worst experience ever. I paid but just drove off, it was that or cause a scene. I chose the more mature route.
I had to park and go inside because they forgot part of my order. That happened despite my reminder about my complete order at pickup.
Staff was very nice. Food was fresh and tasty. It took a long time to receive my order, but I know there's a nationwide hiring shortage. I will return to this location again.
The place is fine. The staff does take a while to get your order ready though. I'd suggest to go through the drive thru. Service seems to be faster that way. Other than that. The food is good.
Went at 10 and was told this location was closed. Why is this the ONLY taco bell that closes at 10? Since when? Worker was rude to me and my wife when we asked this place just needs to close completely
Trying to order from the drive thru while looking at the menu on my phone. They kept telling me I was trying to order something they didn't have. I told them to cancel my order and I would go inside. Once inside I used the touch screen to place my order and WOW everything they said they didn't have was there and was fixed in the kitchen. Amazing!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I don't leave alot of reviews even for bad service so you can understand the horrible service I recieved. First of all out 6 items received I got only 4 that were luke warm so by the time I got around to getting the rest of my order the first part of the order I got was pretty cold and not very edible. I will never eat taco bell again all because of the terrible service I got here. If I atleast recieved an apology I would have been more understanding. Never again taco bell.
Very very good chance you won’t get what you ordered. Also you can ask for sauce but yeah probably won’t get that either. Doesn’t seem complicated but maybe it is. I think next time I feel like getting the mystery meal I’ll stop by this Taco Bell.

This place needs to be investigated! The drive-thru is always backed up with rude incompetent employees. As soon as I get ready to place an order there is always something wrong. These are just some of the excuses: the computer is down, we ran out of beef, we ran out of macho chips, we can only serve chicken, we don't have guacamole, we're short staffed, we ran out of food, the fryer is down. You name it this Taco Bell has an excuse. I think there are young people who don't want to work & tell lies to the customers. After many disappointments over the past few months, I'm calling corporate on them.
I specifically clicked guacamole on the side button in my app when I ordered & they still put it in my chalupa. Then I told them it was supposed to be on the side & they wanted to charge me extra. 55 like seriously follow directions that were sent to begin with! The lady was cursing in Spanish at me as well! I can’t believe she made a huge deal when it was them that didn’t follow specific directions! This is why she works at Taco Bell. Next time I will screenshot my order before I submit it. That is ridiculous to make such a big deal out of. 55 really TACO BELL? !?
Will either be out of beef and chicken or just closed 30 minutes early. Don’t know why I am ever hopeful. At least they are consistent
I love Taco Bell but this location was terrible.
I went there 2 nights in a row and each night.they messed up.
Night 1: Ordered 3 cheesy gordita crunch, sub beef for refried beans and add sour cream and lastly 1 cheesy been and rice burrito. Result = They forgot the sour cream in all 3 and they completely forgot the cheesy bean and rice burrito.
Night 2: Ordered the same thing as above. Result = This time they got the gordita's right BUT they forgot the cheesy bean and rice burrito again!
I just don't get how you mess up the same thing twice. It's also on my for trusting they wouldn't miss it a 2nd time in a row.my luck.but just shows you that you should always check your bag of food at fast food places before you leave the drive-thru window.
