My crispy supreme tacos were wet and sloppy. I was disappointed. All the tacos were soggy. I will not be a return customer.

I got food drive thruv and once I got home I open up my food… it was the worse making food ever. I spent about 40$ on my food but I had throw my food in trash. When I called no one answered the phone.

DO NOT EAT HERE Shouldn’t even give one stars. I ordered two beef and cheese and cheese and rice burritos. Opened the bag about a minute later and opened my burrito and there was a black hair on my food. Literally wrapped in the burrito! I Called them twenty times and noons answered. Hoping this review reaches corporate because this is disgusting!

I order at this location often, because it is five minutes from my home. Today, I ordered 2 drinks. No one else was in line at the time. When I got to the window, I asked if i could add an item, and was told that i need to drive back around to order something else. I will never spend another dime at any taco bell location because of this ignorant policy. You think Im going to jump through hoops? Since you all obviously have money to burn, you dont need any more of mine. I can make my own freeze, or go to Mcdonalds. Bye.

I changed my rating from a four star to a one star because this place has really gone downhill I went over there and ordered two tacos and burrito and both of the tacos were broken and falling out all over the place

People who work here are rude, and they close before they're supposed to. They don't want to work and make you wait forever to get there food. Atleast the food doesn't taste like garbage though.

They messed up our order twice and decided to have a attitude with us whenever we tried to be polite and tell them they kept getting it wrong. One of the worst services I had from a Taco Bell.

The food is great I don’t have any problems with it but every time I come here and order through the drive thru I am told to go around and wait near the door for someone to bring my food out. I don’t understand why I don’t get my food at the window like a normal fast food restaurant. It’s also uncomfortable to
get out because there’s isn’t a wide space and while your in a line waiting for your food there’s people in another line waiting to order and you have to struggle to get out. ALSOOOOOO PEOPLE GET ON THE WRONG LINE THINKING THEYRE WAITING TO ORDER, JUST A WASTE OF TIME HONESTLY.

I am NEVER coming here again. They messed up on my order, didn’t want to listen to me, and refused to make this right. Such ignorance will NOT be tolerated!

The new manager don't know her name but she was there at 915 am today 4/28/21. Slammed the window shut in my face while I was trying to ask for a hot sauce packet. You can tell she doesn't want to be there. So rude learn to be professional and polite to your customers. Without customers you do not have a job.

It was an okay experience but I ordered an item with creamy jalapeno sauce and for some reason the sauce did not taste right AT ALL. I'm used to going to the Taco Bell in Kingwood however. I find it off that their items could differ in flavor so much.

Not so good only drinks offered were can drinks, they asked me if I wanted sauce I requested the fire and received hot no fire.

This place has horrible customer service and screws up orders then forgets and argues I don't suggest it to anyone

The heavy set lady with dreads gave horrible customer service. Lied about running out of black beans which is what my whole order consisted of. When i asked for a refund instead, then she wanna say “well we got black beans just not enough for the burritos”.

Very unprofessional staff, bad customer service, they left stuff off my order and then was rude about it when I told them
