Taco Bell, The Colony TX

The last two weeks at this particular Taco Bell it is been closed for one reason or another. Lack of employees not cooking their food on time so they're running out of food and other issues. The management at this Taco Bell has some really bad issues that they need to deal with or have them replaced

This taco bell is trash. They wont take orders for long periods of time to make online orders for people who arent there. Then the foods cold or incorrect most of the time. The people running this establishment clearly have no standards of service

It has a kiosk you have to use and they just don't have enough workers. Ended up not getting the food I ordered. Not their fault.

This is the worst taco bell I ever went to I used to come here all the time for lunch but for the past month every time I come they say doordash and Uber eats only and yesterday I went they told me we just got slammed with orders we're going to close for 15 minutes I would never come back here again

Please never ever ever ever ever come here. WORST Taco Bell ever and I mean it. Very horrible staff. I can’t wait til they get shut down. They’re always closed anyways.

Put my order in waited 30 minutes I asked for my order and the lady said I didn’t order anything when she clearly saw me ordering my food.

I went because I was told THE MEXICAN PIZZA was back - boy was I disappointed. No Mexican Pizza on the menu. Was I lied to? !

Let’s be honest the only time you come here is past 12am, welp good luck getting service! They don’t do a single f*cling thing past 10. They’re great for lunch but good lord they are useless at night, go anywhere else!

Wrong bag of food twice. Once I finally got my correct order it was missing items. Just go to free birds. This place will mess up your order.

They got my order wrong I didn't notice till I opened my tacos at ho.e that they weren't the right ones. They were rushing me through drive through.

Stopped by before having to be at work for breakfast, they didn't open until 9. No big deal, I'll run to work, get set up and come back. Go back after 9. The first employee was just walking into the building, waited for about 15 to 20 minutes still not taking orders, left at 9: 30 with no breakfast.

Used to be a good location but lately they are closed when I've come by because staff quit for better paying jobs.

Hopefully management starts paying better so I can enjoy late night impulse tacos again.

Doors are CLOSED, dining hall is DARK, its Monday 8pm.
Drive-thru line is long as hell.
What is the point of ordering ahead if they are closed? Soggy food, had I known, I would have eaten elsewhere, but it was already charged for the order

Went to get some food at midnight, the sign says open till 3am. Only does dash orders are allowed. So if I order through door dash would you let me buy food? Wouldn't it make sense to do both, since you're clearly open and making food for door dash orders. Well it's okay my wife hates when I eat here anyways, I'll just go to whataburger =).
