Taco Bell, Kingwood Area TX

The dining room is open, and no masks required. But we wear a mask anyway. The food is still tasty.

I did not drive across town to use your drive thru. OPEN THE DINE IN, IF YOU ARE AFRAID OF COVID GO GET THE VACCINE.

I guess taco bell is having financial difficulties, had my food crammed into bags too small for the item to fit in. But I was informed that the “quesadillas will now come in this size Bag” so I’ll no longer be coming to this location seeing as how the one on northpark l started penny penching

Absolutely substandard. Most of the time I get great service but tonight I got some stoned kid that could barely understand anything. I get it you're young and free BUT can't you wait an hour till you get off work? ! Feel bad for the kid working with him, he obviously knew he messed up and ask for him to cover him no receipt I guess they thought I couldn't complain

Ordered 3 burritos with no onions and they all had onions. I can’t express how much I hate onions. After a few minutes of accepting the fact I couldn’t pick through the onions I ended up just throwing my whole order away. The service and employees were okay but they seemed to be very confused with everything they were doing.

Update: This is the only location I've been to that says they won't do what you ask for "because it doesn't come like that. " Also one of the girls at the window almost stole $2 from me. I always count my change and I advise you to do the same if you ever pay there with cash. Food has been good.so 2 stars for that.

Had the black bean vegetarian crunch wrap. Was pretty good. Good to see some healthier options to eat at Taco Bell.

Always my favorite place to eat. If I had only one place to eat in the whole world, it would be Taco Bell.

Normally Taco Bell is the place to go when we want something fast and yummy to eat. However, tonight was a different story. We got there and the line took almost 20 minutes just to get to the window. Once we arrived at the window, they informed us that they ran out of beef. You’re known for your tacos yet run out of beef? We had the option of chicken or steak instead, decided on steak and it tastes just like I’d imagine dog food to taste. Horrible experience and terrible customer service.

Make sure you check your receipt & bag before you leave for correct orders & items. Two stars because 2/3 of the order was correct. For the other 1/3 we were charged for what we wanted but received something different.

I have never had a fast and most polite service in my life outstandingly best location in the Houston area and I go to many Taco Bell’s thank you whoever was working the night shift.

It's Taco Bell.if you order the party pack of tacos ask for a bag. I've ordered this twice and the bottom has opened up and liberated my taco from captivity. Thanks for punking me Taco Bell.

The last two times that I've gone to this location they have failed to provide the sides that I paid for and were on my receipt. Not. Only that but there has always been an upcharge on my drink or. Other item that I didn't ask for and was not told about and appears on my receipt. Disappointing because it feels like they take advantage of the late night rush and do it knowing people are impatient and feels like a violation of ethical business practices.

Good food, prepared correctly. I’ve been to several locations in the area and this is definitely one of the better ones. If you’re in the mood for Taco Bell, definitely check out this location.

Usually this location is top notch but today they must have been trying to get orders out fast. It was after I: 30 pm. The cheese in the mini shredded chicken quessadilla was not melted. Too short of a time on the grill.

The cashier didn't listen to our orders so we did not get what we wanted. A very disappointing visit

I went by about10ish pm time and waited until someone finally cam and said they was closed so I went too kingwood drive

Stopped by to get my kids quesadillas. Girl was very nice. Showed they cared about their customers. This is a place that will succeed. Their neighbor (KFC) should take notes on how to treat customers and not run out of food. Thanks taco bell!

Have been there several times and was usually disappointed. The man at the window doesn't pay attention to customers. Have had several missing items, as well as not getting consultants requested to enjoy the meal. Will be going to a different Taco Bell from now on. Still love Taco Bell's food!
