Taco Bell, College Station TX

Second time they got my order wrong the first time they put something on my food that l asked them not to because l was allergic.l had to use my medicine for my allergic reaction and the second time they left food l paid for out of my order so l had to go back to get it and wait in line again and then the food was cold and nasty sigh. It makes no since. I will not go back to this location again.

My first restaurant food after my gastric sleeve surgery that I enjoyed a little at a time. For months and even now, it is my go to food: 3 regular tacos (not supreme) combo. Can't eat all of them but I have not thrown them up either. I truely would recommend Taco Bell, 3 regular tacos for bariatric patients.

I like this taco bell.they actually know my face and kinda already know what 8m going to order.the whole day crew are nice and do their best to get your order out fast.doesn't always happen lol but they give it their best so I give them 5 stars

Great customer service for the guy at the window he has a music note on his arm, I think he new and learning the register and he was calm and very polite and done a great job, keep up the good work to you and the rest of the crew there

Horrible place. I ordered through grub hub, I spent a lot of money to add jalapeño sauce, and extra on the food that's supposed to come with it originally, on my food. I got none whatsoever. I call to make a complaint and I get hung up on. These rude people most definitely do not deserve a $15 an hour pay rate

Ordered a combo and sauce packets from Uber Eats and WAS CHARGED FOR IT and they rudely told the Uber Eats driver the packets and drink. FROM THE COMBO.wasn’t included. It’s on the order, it’s on the receipt. Losers. The food was just thrown in the wrappings, etc. Horrible service from this Taco Bell location.

It was okay the people there was a little salty but I can't blame them it was late and they were probably closing. But the food was great; it release the hangry dragon out of my twin.

Pretty fast drive thru! Order was correct and hot when I get it. Great customer friendly staff!

Got your new grilled cheese burrito. It was a sloppy mess cheese and filling everywhere. It’s like y’all dumped it in the vat of cheese before wrapping it. I can’t believe one of the employees made that and thought OK yeah that’s good enough.

Long lines and if their system messes up is your fault and not theirs. Then, they refuse to take your order. Not a friendly, polite nor helpful atmosphere. If I could give zero stars, this place definitely gets them.

Went through the parking lot to see if they were closed and three female employees were outside talking. When one female employee saw me driving up, she smashed her hands on the table because she knew that meant she had to return to work. I won’t ever go there at night. I know what she looks like and when her shift is.

AVOID this Taco Bell. It is so uncleanly and the staff is not at all concerned about it. GROSS!

The service will always be courteous and respectful. The food quality is up to standard in respect to the rest of the chain.

Go to other location. Buncha mouth breathers working at this location that can't take an order, serve hot food, or be bothered to clean a single table.

It's a taco bell. Good if you're starving, on a budget and in a rush. Only issue I have with this place is sometimes they have the TV's turned to channels that show rated R movies, so don't bring your kids inside.

They completely got the order wrong, and I understand that sometimes that happens, however when I went back in to have it fixed the manager cussed me out and yelled at me like it was my fault. The entire time she was remaking my order she was cussing in the back. On top of that when I got the food back that was remade, it was still missing items.

This GM has a contract with the towing company. We parked, walked next door to check out kids new digs for 20 minutes, came back to grab a bite, car towed, $300. Very bad business practices. Vagrants hanging around too. Could not be more disappointed with the way this business owner chooses to operate. Boo.

The 5 dollar steak nachos was not made correctly. They put chips in a box then put all the steak beans and cheese in the middle. Nothing stall like the picture. Bluh, bluh, bluh. Your business is not that busy on Sunday night to not fix things properly. Service sucks.

I love Taco Bell! This specific one has great decor and the quick service you'd expect. My favorite item is the steak quesaritto.
