Taco Bell, Humble TX

Food was delicious, clean inside and great service. It was very busy at the drive thru. We went inside to eat. Service was alittle slow but due to short staff. I know alot of restaurants are short handed right now. Please be patient till school gets out and I'm sure they will get more help durning the summer break. Thank you for being open!

The food was great the lobby was not very clean nor did it have cook eating utensils or hot sauce

Every time, we come they mess up the orders and want to double charge you. And not very friendly.

I had tried three McDonald's earlier to get a large fry with extra salt first one I stopped at I sat in line for 40 minutes and never moved the second one I stopped at was closed even though the website said they were open and the third well they had lost power but they had their lights on like they're ready for business and well after the third try I said no I'm going to go somewhere else and right away when I pulled up to the drive through and heard the guy say hey how's it going you having a good night I knew it was going to be all right

The tostatas were stacked and well made, but the lemonade was mostly water and they forgot the sour cream on my chalupa

I always try to resolve issues internally before posting online. This location forgot 1/2 our order on 4/18; I called minutes after we got home (20 minutes away) and we were told they are unable to do any refunds for the forgotten items, even if we were present. Our "only" option was to stop by within the next week and pickup the items. We aren't commonly in that area. We just want our $15 that you stole from us. Corporate sent an email to the district manager but they haven't reached out to us after 10 days.

Fast and friendly service at the drive thru. I usually get the taco supreme combo. Tasted great!

Placed a pickup order for 8: 45. It’s now 9 and I’m still waiting IN THE DRIVE THRU. They made me wait in the drive. They instead of just handing me my order at the door. Now it’s cold. Terrible customer service

Wrong food always half cooked pay for extra items but don't get them. Check your food in the drive-thru because 9.5 out of 10 your order will be wrong and partially cooked.

3: 58am and Chris still take the order, hard to see that now days, food was fresh. The best Taco Bell in town!

I just ordered and the ENTIRE order was incorrect. We had to drive all the way back and spoke to the manager who didn’t know proper English. One of the staff members said “oh there’s the 6 tacos” which was the incorrect order we received and all we got was a coupon for a free taco. Like seriously after our entire order was incorrect. Never going to this Taco Bell again!

Pretty good place, my service was very quick and my order was correct. 5 stars because of speed of service and great staff.

This location seems to be a step up over other Taco Bells. They move the drive through quickly and have never messed up our order.

Be aware of one of the exits that gets you back onto 1960 - there is a monster pot hole on the right that could pretty much eat an SUV.

Consistently gets orders wrong. I do not recommend pulling away from the window without opening every taco you ordered and making sure they got them right. The staff is nice and courteous though.

Not the best taco bell but I have been to way worse. I just think they may be slightly understaffed. The guy who took my order had to put on gloves and help make my food. At least he put on gloves.

Typical Taco Bell except this location has the Chilli Cheese Burrito (aka-old school Chillito).

Order was fine, but when it came to paying $15 to a card & rest in cash was a HUGE problem. They ended up charging me for the whole order & said they refunded me the money & they actually didnt. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

This location has been very consistent in quality and order accuracy. Prices are super reasonable and there are tons of options depending on what you want. The interior has been remodeled and looks really nice.

Some may question what ingredients are in the food. But on the other hand sometimes you just have a hankering for it. All I can say is "yo quiero Taco Bell! "

Fast Services but not good om meat quantity compared to other taco Bell. Also the lettuce is sometimes old and soggy.
