Taco Bell, Wichita Falls TX

My order was correct, the food was delicious. I ordered the Chipotle grilled chicken burrito, and a large mountain dew. However, I do take issue with how rude the girl was at the window, and the fact that the doors were locked at 830, seemed early for the doors to be locked.

I was truly looking forward to the Mexican pizza the style it was before something has changed about it and I gave it away to someone else in our party other than that service was great the atmosphere was good

You either love it or you don't. Its taco bell. Don't go around 7pm-8pm. For some reason their computers are always updating around this time. May not be an every day thing but it's happened to me at least twice at this location.

Good not as good as it was several years ago. But love Taco Bell in general. Good place to go for a quick bite

We had never used the giant touch screen to order before, and the manager there was extremely helpful in teaching us how to use it. He was very personable. The food was better than last time we bought stuff- they ran outta almost everything, told us, but we ordered anyways, like goobers. Taco Bell standards were met.

Taco Bell is a staple for my midnight munchies. Food is always tasteful, but in my opinion, it's like they are putting less and less meat and more sauce or beans or cheese. I literally have to tear off the excess tortilla because I don't want to get full off the tortilla itself. BEWARE! The lines at lunch and late at night can be kinda long. Service is ok, nothing out of the normal. Caution: check your order before you leave the parking lot because on occasion my orders have bn wrong.

Been here 3 times the past couple months and every time either I was missing several items of food/drink or I was given the wrong order. One time when waiting inside for my order, a couple other customers entered from the drive-through saying they too were missing items. I love Taco Bell but my experiences at this particular restaurant ensure I won't eat at this location for a while.

Went to try the new $5 breakfast box. 1st, no cold coffee because coffee machine is BROKEN. So I asked for the strawberry lemonade, no ice. Asked if I wanted bacon or sausage, I said, BACON, plz. I pulled up to window, got my change, but NO RECEIPT. I figured it'd be in my bag.
Got my bag, left. As I was leaving, tried the lemonade, it had a light pink color, but was so watered down, it had NO flavor, whatsoever. Not wanting to complain, I just figured, I'd drink my water bottle and toss the lemonade.
Got home and inside the bag was a Lukewarm, SAUSAGE, (not bacon), breakfast in flour tortilla. The shell dried out around the edges!
Then there were 2 other bags, each containing a lukewarm, greasy over cooked hashround! I didnt ask for 2 hashrounds. There was NOT any type of Cinnabon sweet in my bag.
So that was my trial of the new $5 breakfast box from Taco Bell.
It wasn't edible for humans. I tried to give it to my 90lb dog, that usually eats anything and everything, and she didn't want any part of it.
I did NOT have a receipt in my bag, so I could call or do the tell the bell survey.
The taco bell is by Sutherlands on sw Pkwy, so yellow pages doesn't have a phone number listed.
I had to call 2 other local TBs to finally get a number to call. I called and no one will answer the phone there.
I am 63 years old. Ive been spoiled by the Taco Bell on Kemp st, for decades! Always awesome service and fresh food.
Please, if you are wanting Taco bell, its worth your time to drive to Kemp Street. If you don't have time, I suggest going to the McDonald's right by this Taco Bell, near Sutherlands.

My husband and son just left this restaurant. They ordered and got there food and started eating. Both of them asked each other if the other ones drink tasted sour? My son looked at my husband's drink and asked what is that floating in there? My husband turned his cup around and an ENTIRE ROACH was floating inside of his drink. They both fell instantly sick. No manager was there (of course) and they are now in the bathroom vomiting. Something needs to happen. NOW.

Waited a good while for our food I honestly think they forgot about it, when I said something she said they were waiting for the food to cook, so I thought it would be hot and fresh but it wasn't, it was disappointing.

Food was bad, when I took the taco that smelled and tasted like old rancid grease, the clerk told her manager. The managers only response was "I don't doubt it". I told them I just wanted them to know for the next customer and I swear I heard crickets chirping.

You got my order wrong over the speaker, so I corrected it at the window. And you STILL have me the wrong items. All of it is wrong.

Whoever the guy was at the window on 8/30/2022 at 8: 30 pm literally saved this Taco Bell for me. It was the first time in months that I haven't immediately been told to "hold on" or listed 40 different things that were not available, sometimes because they were frozen, not missing. I understand occasionally being out of things, but every single evening is a lot. 4 stars for this guy, please give him a raise or make him manager.

This particular Taco Bell location is laughably bad. On multiple occasions the store is out of enough items, over half the menu is unavailable. The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed and the store should be closed.

Very rude. I was sitting in the drivthru 2 minutes before they opened And The lady came on the speaker and said ma’am we don’t open until eight move out of the drive-through thank you and that was the whole conversation she wouldn’t speak to me after that

This Taco Bell is ALWAYS out of something. Lettuce, sour cream, no chips, or tomatoes. Griller is always down. I don’t understand how this place manages to stay open with no food. Take your money elsewhere.

Very rude mixed woman with a horrible attitude telling me the eggs weren’t ready. She said I can pull up and wait or go to a different Taco Bell. Food was mediocre as well and as I was pulling out my brakes started grinding. Talk about bad luck at a bad restaurant!

I made an online in store pickup order, when I arrived the door was locked with a sign that said drive threw only. I went threw the line and a rude employee asked what I’d like and I said I had an online order. She asked my name and told me to pull forward. I waited in line for five minutes and was met with the same employee telling me they don’t have my order. I said my account was charged and she said they didn’t have it and basically said for me to pull around and reorder because they can’t find it. We talked about my account being charged to which she said it wouldn’t be but it was and a manager stepped in and asked if I had a recipe which I did. Another 9 minutes pass and I’m told to pull forward to which I did. After another 9 minutes my order was brought out and looked as if they were just tossed in the bag. When I got home we saw that three of the 12 tacos were wrong even though they asked what I ordered and I said it was a party box, and she asked if they were hard or soft tacos and I said hard and they gave me three chalupas.
