Taco Bell, Marshall TX

We did not eat here. When we walked in, there were already several people waiting for their food. One woman was actively complaining out loud about how long she was waiting for two tacos. The tension in the air was palpable. There was also the smell of something burnt in the air. I looked at my partner and said, "let's go somewhere else. " Another woman said out loud, "I think this was a bad idea. " I've walked out of other restaurants before in situations like this, even after I had paid for my food. So we left and drove down the road and ate at Schlotzsky's.

This is another one that's either going to be decent or bad. Always check your food before you leave the parking lot.

Got mexican pizza and burritos to go. Haven't had the pizza in a long time. It was very good

Dirty and it stinks. The corporate team needs a to send a rep and reevaluate the team at this location because this is not consistent with Taco Bells across the country. I had to come back due to my mexican pizza being short an entire shell/slice…

Me and my friend went though and got a Mexican pizza, 2 quesaritas, 2 quesadillas and a 5 layer burritos and everything was soggy except the quesadillas, lettuce was through out my 5 layer and neither of our quesadillas had the chipotle sauce on them.

The dining room was dirty. Almost every table had trash on it. Dirty cups on counter. Bean burrito was dry. I haven’t eaten at Taco Bell in years well since Covid and now I know why.

I don't go to Taco Bell very much but I was super excited this particular time because the Mexican pizza is back

Very rude employees, says they are closed at 2: 15 am, and their hours state 3 am. Guy said short staffed, but I clearly saw enough workers. I have been there before with less workers and still were open.

Septic lines backed up, filled kitchen, they didn't close the store, they had their employees wade around in 2 inches of septic water for 2 days before they got a plumber in to work on it. They continued to make food standing in nasty waste water.

Pretty good Taco Bell. All our orders were fresh and correct. Can't ask for much more.

Last time I was there I got the Mexican pizza and it was broke all up and had chicken on it

I hadn't been to Taco Bell in 3yrs, and I decided to go and buy the Mexican pizza. Well, now I remember what drove me away in the first place. I got home and had to drive back. My order was prepared wrong. Now I know I'll not be back.

Good food depending on the staff there. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's a juicy mess bomb.

Slowish drive thru and didn't give me the right order at first but when I went inside they did give me the right food. They were polite about the situation, which I appreciated.

I can't speak to the food taste. You either love it hate it. But I can tell you this particular store is crazy fast! I once ordered 50 burritos and tacos for a bunch of people. I assumed I would have to pull over and wait a bit. No. They had everything ready when I got to the window. I'm shocked. These people are on the ball!

The line wait is very decent especially when you have hungry kids in the car. Now the service In total was.okay. I placed my order and paided, got my food a drove off got home and nearly half of my order was missing then the drinks was just carbonation. When I get there everyone is just chilling, so and I let them what was wrong and the first thing the girl at the window said I gave her all of her order. So I stated that. I didn't receive this and that.and basically the window lady was stating I'm lying.
The food was okay.
