This place is awful, always a long wait in the drive thru. Poor customer service. Sometimes they only take cash, sometimes they don’t have lettuce

Where's Taco Bell ever always a problem when I come here I just hope that this message comes across to somebody to stop them from coming here it's bad service. The workers are always ignorant food is mediocre and how mediocre of Taco Bell can you get how hard is it to mess up Taco Bell if they seem to always surprised me and do it. Pick another one most likely it's better than this one

Honestly I like taco bell food but what I dont like is how it always missing something out of my order. I hate having to go back or getting of my car to get food correctly done. I think this establishment needs a proper manager and better training. There are a few employees that give great service but most of the time its the ones prepping the food that hardly ever get our items right. I can ask for no cheese on tacos and when uncheck there is cheese so if they could work on the listening skills it be great. Other than that the restaurant is nice and tidy but need better skill in listening and making sure orders are correct

How do you pull up at 12: 30 they the drive thru for then to tell you there not taking no more orders when they closed at 1am

The guy was super nice while taking my order and just had a great attitude! The food was great too!

Meh. Didn't eat most of my last order from here. The beans in the bean burrito and one of the other options tasted off. My friend agreed with me.

They had nothing I wanted literally at all so I wouldn’t go here cause who knows what they have

Taco shells were stale and the double steak burrito was filled with a lot of rice and only 4 small pieces of steak. Two at the top and two at the bottom.

Bri was rude and uncaring. Unprofessional manager. Order was wrong and small compared to previous visits. Brand is going down hill. Out of pizzas and chalupa. Pathetic. Lost a loyal customer.

Taco Shells soggy, food just fell out. Chulupa crushed up. Was disgusted.smh Ms. White wanted me to return food the next day was unable so I lost money and food I trashed it.

It seems this location can't get anything right. They take a long time to serve, frequently mess up orders and the sierra mist seems to always just be carbonated water. I'd call for a resolution except they employ the rudest employees and it shows in their work. Don't come here if you expect to get what you paid for.

I ordered with the app. Somehow part of my order didn't complete. When I checked my order and questioned its completion. The manager went through the order on my app and showed they completed what they received. But they then went on and made the remaining part of my order that was missing. All were professional and it was great service.
