Tacos are a joke. There is nothing on them. The price keeps going up and the food amount keeps going down.

Good food friendly people. They are now limiting the hot sauce. Could this be because of the COVID 19?

Every single time I've ordered from this Taco Bell I receive little to no meat in my food. The only exception is when I order extra meat because I know they won't give me enough and I don't feel like dealing with them.

Bought 2 nacho platters to go. Got home. The chips were so old, stale and had a bad taste had to throw it all away. Come on guys. Get your act together.

Had a coupon for a buy two get one free and they forgot to give me my free taco. (Didn't realize til I got home)

Went through drive thru only 1 car in line ahead of me around 7: 30 pm
Very rude young asian girl at drive thru window. Didn’t say hi when I pulled up to the window, and never told me my total just took my card out of my hand then slammed window.when she brought me my food didn’t say thank you or anything. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I will be contacting someone higher up

Garbage! Old food, old hard tortillas and crusty dried out beans. This was at 7pm. Absolute garbage.

Best place to go when its late and you're hungry and everyone else is closed but you don't want Whataburger or you're just hungry in general! The best items are the ones that say "only here for a limited time" like the nacho fries oh god I love to hear that when a taco bell commercial comes on and it says "nacho fries are back" best believe I'm driving over to my nearest taco bell after that commercial to get me some nacho fries! And the best tacos aren't the crunchy taco or the soft taco but the in between combination like the gordita tacos and most people hate on the cinnamon twists but that's the right amount of sweet for me because the Cinnabon's are just too sweet.anyways Taco bell is cheap and good.or if you are in need of a natural laxative.what's more natural than eating? Haha but I like their food just because and regardless lol.

Food was cold. Every time this place is just not as good as it was. SORRY. Will fine another Taco Bell to eat at.

The food tonight was fantastic! It was way better than it normally is. And i am just simply over joyed.

First I haven’t been to Taco Bell since they changed there menu and took off everything I like. Mexican pizza is back I’ll go Spent $15 to get no meat with any of my order toasted chicken chulpa barely any chicken on it it’s $4.50 your gonna give me one barely any chicken could’ve went to stripes and been happier. Soft tacos all lettuce and cheese barely any meat if I wanted a salad I would’ve went somewhere else. Taco Bell went from my fav to my least fav it’s a shame.

Went to order the same thing i always get, nachos but add lettuce and rice.asked for two the same way, and to change the taco to a doritos one, and she seemed to have trouble ringing them up so we tried to ask if she had added our add-ons and she told us “it comes with lettuce” and sent us forward.one of the tacos wasn’t changed but we let that slide and paid.stopped to check and make sure and neither of the nachos had lettuce and one barely had any rice on it, so i went in an asked if we could get them fixed.she offered to remake them and threw away the old ones (what a waste) and then charged me the dollar for the lettuce even though they were the ones who messed up taking our order.the least they could’ve done was just fix them.and now they still barely have rice but i wasn’t about to go through it a second time.i’ve never had this much trouble ordering this, it’s two simple add-ons.

My husband heard that the Mexican pizza was back and really wanted one. We were told that we could order it through the app and that was the only way we could get one! How ludicrous is that! We are standing in front of her but need to use the app! Taco Bell needs to review some of its policies, they need to remember some people are not fond of downloading apps to their phone! We will never go back.

Got to say I love Taco Bell in the past never really ate there that much however in recent days with prices of everything going up I find myself running to Taco Bell almost every other day for the $5 box I know some people are not fans that they got rid of their dollar menu however a $5 box is five items for $5 so to me it's still a good deal. For value on your money definitely five stars. Also for the most part customer service has been great at this location since I've been going dining room for the most part usually empty which means I just sit there and eat my box in peace and quiet most people seem to use the drive-thru. Dining room is always clean customer service is always friendly and prices are fair with good value for your money.

Not really pleased with this one! Napkins out, dirty tables, no sweet or unsweet tea, employees kept playing around while my son and I were eating and some of the stuff they were saying would make a sailor blush, luckily I'm a OTR truck driver so I've heard worse, but luckily no ladies, or children were in the restaurant! I give -3!
